Green weeds are a huge part of the transition right now. Not only will they start holding bait fish and bugs but they will also begin producing oxygen again..
Now is when I start fishing north shorelines, drop-offs and deep water close to north shorelines.. Stable weather I fish shallow, cold front start shallow and move gradually towards deeper water.. Just the way I try to figure it out be interesting to hear what others do!! Good post
anyone know if I can have a mold made to make these jigs. I have jig a whopper jigs that are close and some of the northland jigs neither seem to catch fish like this jig… Its pretty amazing two jigs that look the same, produce so much more fish. Don’t know what it is! Thanks for the help and maybe with a little more help I can find more or better yet make some..
FYI I called up to JR’s today and no one is plowing the roads do to the 50 mph wind. He said they will see what tomorrow brings and may start plowing again. Tomorrow they are calling for 20-30. Sure hope they will plow tomorrow we will be up shortly after noon….
if you use electrical tape wrap the first layer so sticky side is facing out. This prevents the cork handle from getting chewed up and keep it looking new.. I have done it works nicely
I may be wrong but I believe wildlife(birds) are to blame just as much as anglers are… Yes we can do our part to slow the process but I don’t believe there is any stopping it!! We will just have to live with the fact that regs will continue to press us to do more and more. If we are sportsman and would like future generations to enjoy just as we have we will do what we have too. And I am a firm believer that some people that own lakeshore property are more of an invasive species that all the others.. Just my opinion.
prosecuting lawyer. Having issues with siding and they don’t want to stand behind there product
I use one of colemans medium sized water jugs. insulated so dont freeze as fast, screw on top for no spillage, and good plastic have yet to have mine crack
I agree that every big box store is Jacked up… I went to scheels in Mankato to purchase a stoeger m3500 automatic that is in there add for 550 bucks. To make a long story short asked around and asked around about where this shotgun was and come to find out they don’t sell it there just sell over and unders by stoeger.. WTF is this their way to pull me in the store hoping I will buy something else?? Well keep hoping I will now quit buying from big box stores and support the little ma’s and pap’s stores unless an emergency..
I am looking more for a campground that sets on a lake. Maybe someplace where I have to take a boat to get to a campsite. I am open to wisconsin also. I am just having a hard time finding a place, I think a recommendation would help a little
Native dog food. I english pointer and it is nearly impossible keeping weight on them. Started feeding native 5yrs. ago and love it. I feed Native 4 during the hunting season and then switch back to Native 3 on the off months. Native 4 has more protein and fat in it to help keep energy (Fat) on the dogs

Based on my readings it was a poor choice to initiate the loans in the first place.
The banks hung themselves thinking home values would continue to climb and handed out money like candy on Halloween.
Now they’re stuck with a bunch of worthless properties that
they’ll get a nickel on the dollar if they sell.Don’t hate the players………..
Damned right I blame the players in this. Every bit as much of the blame lies on the backs of the people that signed on for the loans…… Personal responsibility and common sense should be the trump card.
Just because a bank will loan you 400,000 on a 75,000 income does NOT mean you should sign the loan. I could have had a home loan that buried me – and the banks would have allowed it, but I am not SO DUMB as to think I could afford a massive payment on my salary.

What about us that have made more than 75,000 a year per house hold. Had an excellent job good benefits, then all of a sudden the rug is pulled out from underneath you. $30,000 dollars in savings out the door, not to mention the retirement that went with it. It is not just dead beats that are being bailed out, there are hard working people that will benefit from this too. Yeah, we could pull the old trick of filing bankruptcy and getting out scott free, but my pride and the upbringing I had taught me to do better than that. Now 3 years later we are doing good and have been fortunate to find another good paying job with benefits. With that being said we are hiring people where I work now… The place of work is near St. Peter Mn any looking for a job fell free to PM me….
You better look again!! Most members on this site is against netting.. The site is a huge supporter of Steve Fellegy. What else is there to say. Its wrong and we wanted it band

what is this cold weather gonna do to them? Dose anyone else think it is early here around the twin cities or is this a great, average or poor year?
how in the F*^k can they block public accesses? Not only do they net every frickin fish in this great fishery but now they can decide who fishes it and who don’t. Wow, anyone know of any squaws that wanna get married?
yeah changing spark plugs I thought I could do. But from what I am told there is something they do to them when seating them
Why cant they place this so called magic sticker on the registration sticker. I 2 am not putting this sticker on till I absolutely have to. As mentioned before the law will change 5 times in the next 2 years.
