    What type boat do you have? I have a white and green tri hull naed AC ADDICT. So you think the water will be coming down by then we are deciding to might relocate from there because of high water. Hope it works out and will look for you.

    well I was wrong on dam number for Genoa its dam 8 but it has been open for 3 weeks somaybe your source should check on things more frequent thanks

    The landing has been open for the last 3 weeks there were over 200 boats there last weekend. Wish myboat was ready I would like to get there myself.

    thanks all for the help . we ended up going to goose island and camping there. did some fishing around there and on the wing dam by stoddard with only a few small gills and sheepheads..lol better luck next time i guess and knowing where to go would help tooo but thanks again.

    not to be sounding snotty or anything but the new regulations above the sauk city dam is not what you have stated. The new slot limit is 15 – 19.9 ” on walleyes and saugers and one maybe over the 28″ limit. Those caught in the 20-27.9″ range must be thrown back. Hope this clears it up for you and good fishing.

    ok have one more question when i cut the steaks do i leave bones from the rib cage on or felet them from the bone or just cut across the back bone and leave the rib cage along with the back bone intaked. thanks

    i have been up there near princeton and been haveing mixed success the water is very high and would recomend a boat got some walles and cats but also some sheephead but mostly caughting on minnows and leaches and luck let me know

    it is all in how you fight the cat is all i only use 15Lb test but if you can tire them out by back realing instead of having the drag work line wont break off and you should be able to land them try it ok

    dirk i am new to cattin adn wondering when you talk about pools are you fishing the miss. river or wsiconsin? Where is pool 3 located? are there any cats being caught during the day or all at night? any help is helpful. i was out this past wekend but didnt get even a nibble.
