Worked in the archery/shooting/fishing industry as a sales rep for many years. After smallbore and a long stint of archery competitions, got involved in NRA Highpower, specializing in long-range. State LR/NRA championship titles in multiple states (including MN/WI) and fired the highest score ever recorded on the WI aggregate trophy. 2nd at 900 yards in the World LR Championships in South Africa out of 650 shooters (1999), 4th at 800 yards. Distinguished Rifleman #1180, Marksmanship instructor to US Army for the Designated Marksman program (2005-2011).
