After about 38 years of having a cap I bet I took it off a total of three times. Toppers all the way. Find a friend with a tono cover if hauling something tall.

I was back and forth on a grill or smoker had a gas grill so figured I would use those for steaks and burgers. so went with a pitboss smoker. So far did turkeys ribs and Vinnie roast, brine all and were unbelievable. Put the probe in on roast and smoked till 125. Perfect medium rare. Needless to say on leftovers. Put in pitboss smoking whatever you are doing and they have a guy (u-tube) showing you how. Can’t wait to do a prime rib.

Always wondered get the grill or smoker ? As all talk seems to sat the grill works great for smoking so where’s the huge advantage for the dmosker, can you still grill on the smoker ?

I understand that but on their web site when you look at the blades the will tell you what auger they are used on but the 40 volt is not listed on any lists, some say hand auger, 50 volt, gas, etc. But none state the 40 volt
