In WI the spawn seems to be wrapping up. Due to odd water levels it was a hard year in mid and south parts of the state. Just keep in mind post spawn can be just as good. They feed for weeks you just have to find them. Happy hunting.

It would come down to how it works. It would be a idea for far north, most people wouldn’t need it. The market would be small I would assume.

You can’t compare that to our lakes erie’s walleye population is huge. If i’m not mistaken that is where most of the commercial walleye come from.

I would guess its got to be six inches up there. I’m from southern Wi and we got 4 to 6.

Alot of it i believe is personal preference and location. I think if your proud of it and have worked years to catch it. Then have a mount or replica of it there no real sizes in my mind.

They tend to also sit in the current breaks. Look for spots very close to a hole that has current going around it let your bait float right next to the break. I find this time of year a big plastic tipped with a minnow works great. Just don’t work it to fast. Cold water slow fish.

Frabill is pretty easy to deal with. They warranty about anything no questions asked. There are plenty of companies out there that are not so easy.
