There are two in town I know of. One is at Hiniker pond the other one is on Lion Lake. Never been to either so not sure how much luck you will have. I do know Lion lake is a glorified backyard pond. Pretty sure there is one on Madison Lake at the boat landing also.

Ditch the kicker. Add a Troll-o-matic tolling plate. Takes a little off top end but will get you down below 1 mph.

Have the same grill. It’s awesome. I would look on the Pitboss website. They have a recipe section that details how to cook just about everything. All the recipes I’ve tried have turned out great.

I have a working knowledge of retail fuel dispensers(like 25 years worth). The amount left in the hose and internal plumbing of the unit should not effect the ethanol content of the fuel you are dispensing into your vehicle/boat/snowmobile/motorcycle. The only time it might have an effect is if you are dispensing a very small amount into like an auger or something that has a very small gas tank. And Dave you are correct, no dispensed fuel is 100% what is advertised on the dispenser. There are just to many variables, pipelines, delivery vehicles etc. The fuel has to meet certain parameters but is never 100%. The fuel you get at any retail fueling outfit even has trace amounts of water in it (gasp). The Dept. of Commerce also lab tests the fuel at most sites for octane rating and ethanol content fairly regularly.

Alex- Yea I did figure it out. All I had to do was pair the remote with the motor. I had tried this a few times and it didn’t work. Turns out I was doing it wrong. I can’t remember exactly but there is a specific sequence that you need to use. Pretty sure it was in the manual. After I paired it and got it to work I never had an issue the rest of the summer. Good Luck!

If you can fly it, float it, or f**k it, rent it.
It’s cheaper in the long run.

From what I’ve heard the MLF is much more fisherman friendly. Less cost on entry fee’s and higher payouts. Apparently B.A.S.S and FLW take the majority of the money that comes into the tour and does not pass the money on to the fisherman with reduced entry fees and higher payouts. I guess most of the guys on the tour barely make enough money to break even (except of course the KVD’s of the world)

Sorry, I’m clueless. I’ve seen Gene Miller out on Mille Lacs flying around blaring Thunderstruck. Always looked like people were having a good time. What does he do to the Muskie’s he catches that is so horrible. Like I said I’m clueless, never fished Muskies in my life.

Also most all truck stops, and a lot of little stations that sell diesel have now begun dispensing DEF out of dispensers just like gas. Last time I checked it was like 2.29-2.99 a gallon.
