My 2019 Chevy Silverado 5.3 lifters went out on it for the SECOND time. Left my stranded in Canada Fort Frances Labor day weekend. Thank God for off duty OPP (Canadian Officer) that called border agent to get a tow truck approval from I Falls to get me In Fort Frances.

I went truck shopping . Looked at Fords XLT Can not justify paying $60000 plus grand for a ½ ton.
    Looked at Dodge Toyota .
I saw $7000.00 off on Chevy But I don’t know if I want to go that route anymore.
I did see a new ¾ ton Chevy Diesel For $64500 But I really don’t need that for what I pulling my 16 foot boat.
So I bought the AFM DFM Disabler for $150 hope that works to keep it in V8 %100 of the time.

I got my watercraft operators permit few years ago. I think if you go to Canada and use the resort boats you are required to have it and a MN permit would work .
I took course online passed test and got the permit. I am 55 years old it was not very hard course.

Well I went to the U of M that Big Crappie recommended.
    Could be Rhizosphaera needle cast.
This sucks I planted these trees for wind break 15 years ago from seedlings and are about 20 feet tall. Hate to loose them . I might cut bad ones down so the rest don’t get it.

    I am not sure .
But does the 12th pick in 1st round make more money than the 32nd pick.
Maybe because they don’t have enough money to sign a higher pick..

Seems like he is only missing one thing … Tracks… snowmobiles you can use a month out of the year if there is enough snow.

    I have a Yetti 6.5 X 14 2018 Traxx has brakes I like it..
Few things to look out for.
Door width and height to get machine in and out. With that I have a foldup couch which gets you maybe 60 inches wide machine to fit in even though door is 64 inches wide. I made a bracket so I can remove couch and then I put it into closets up front.. Atv fits with couch in but I have tracks so I have to take couch out … The door ramp door wood trim takes another inch of per side so your door width is actually 62 inches wide and height is 75 inches

If I did this all over I would get a 8X16 Yetti Traxx but I got this used and I making it work..

I have a 2019 Silverado Oil line blew off 32000 miles. Oil all over Cedar ave. My lights on dash board flashing shut down vehicle immediately. Well I tried to get over to shoulder but traffic was bad. Finally pulled over and my truck stop right there Motor would not turn over .. Road side assistance came 3.5 hours later to get truck .
Got a new crate motor. 12000 miles later Rod lifter failure .

Also tranny slams into 2nd gear hard when cold outside. I brought that in when I first got the truck . They reprogramed the tranny for my driving habits… REALLY…don’t buy that garbage excuse. I told them torque converters junk .
When they replace motor with new one they could not get off torque converter from old motor said it was rusted on….So my shop order a new one . Seems like it doesn’t slam into 2nd gear anymore

Now I get letters in mail for class action lawsuit against GM saying I might get a settlement . I don’t know if it some scam crap or legit ..
Can’t trade it in because nobody seems to have any trucks in stock and they are sky high for price. Plus I paid Truck Off…

Just be sure it’s not too close to cause back pressure or inadequate ventilation. Looks very close to me

It’s only for traveling and storage
I will remove it when I run furnace

Polaris has a different relay that I put in my 2015 Polaris 570.
It cost me $15.00 I did not care better then working on machine -20 below.
I have not had a issue since replacing the fuel pump relay. But I still get little nervous is she going to start. I was up in -20 below 2 weekends ago wheeler sitting on the ice next to my fish house and started right up. The newer relay is shorter then my original one.

My exhaust for my wheel house is in the V front.
When traveling snow ,slush ,road salt and sand gets packed in the exhaust.
I am concerned later on exhaust pipe could rust out or plug up freeze.
Is there some sort of cover for this.

    What shack brand is this?

    Yetti

I defiantly want it to be removable concern about CO coming back into house

You are right about combustion air.

I imagine after thinking about it no one would manufacture this because of liability of CO poisoning if you did not remove the COVER.

    Thanks

I will try the duct tape

The cover would be nice idea also if I could engineer a hinge pin to the cover making it removable

My First Lab Dog I feed him IAMS
Got New pup Lab from breeder they were feeding him Purina Pro Plan Puppy
I told breeder I had good luck with IAMS because my 1st Dog almost made it to 16 years old. So I tried giving my new puppy IAMS slowly introduced it to him for few months of feeding him IAMS he had running poop and anal gland issues. So did some research called some breeders and ask what they feed there dogs they were feeding them Purina Pro Plan. I gave it to my puppy and with a week started pooping solid .
So Purina Pro Plan Focus for 2 ½ years no problems.

Also when I talked to my Vet they told me to stay with major brands of dog food and stay away from grain free. The vet said finding out dogs were having heart conditions with the grain free dog foods.

I just installed my Helix 7
to my Terrova . I used Huminnbird adapter I also have Helix 9 on Dash.
Has anyone noticed there battery percentage goes down quickly Like 47% to 40% on the Helix 7 .This is with about a hour of running. I just purchased a Brand new Interstate battery 24M-XHD.
When I get boat back into garage I plug in 3 bank charger and the battery that electronics are on show full charge.
