Take a look at the Leupold Ultimate Slam, it’s designed for muzzleloaders.

OKUMA Avenger ABF20 baitfeeder with PowerPro 20lb or 30lb test line. Baitfeeder reels are perfect as the fish can run with it and you don’t have to leave your bail open and have your line blow all over the ice. Check ’em out.

Pretty much everyone has deals going, and those that don’t are often willing to deal if you have cash. It was a zoo this afternoon, I think there were many more people than last year.

I put a Leupold VX-Freedom 2-7×33 on my 300 and it works perfectly. Highly recommend for deer hunting.

Your going to have a hard time with any camera at LOTW, especially if you are going to fish deeper water; 20ft+

Under ideal conditions in shallow water you will be lucky to see 12 inches in front of the camera.

Grays Bay has been frozen over for the last week and the other side is starting to freeze over today.

This is the best stand chair and fish house chair I’ve found.

They can be stored in contact with any type of flooring. This didn’t used to be true when batteries were made from wood, but that was before we were all born.

If you have them attached to a charger or maintainer while stored, it’s best to store them on some type of pan as they may release acid when charging while stored.

I own both the 60v and 20v saws, along with most other dewalt Max tools, and they are the ticket. I have Stihl saws for major projects up-North and I don’t even have a gas saw at home anymore. Now they need to make the pole saw in battery powered. My HT131 is a great saw, but a major workout to use.

I’ve been a lifelong St. Croix Premier fan and I hate to admit it, but I’ve switched to Fenwick Elite Tech and wouldn’t go back. But I still use a 6’6″ Croix for jigging.

I don’t think one is better than the other, just a personal preference thing.

Yeah, the formatting of my message wasn’t the best, but if you look closely you will see the mention of AR10 calibers and single shot calibers.

The 300 blackout round is a great personal protection round and also great shooting subsonic ammo with a suppressor.

6.5 grendel for hunting, and 300 blackout for target shooting. Along with your 223/556 upper, you should have most shooting scenarios covered.

No need for the 9ah in my opinion. I have 5ah, 6ah, and 9ah batteries and I haven’t seen a need to use anything greater than the 5ah. I use my K-Drill in my permanent and portable and carry 2 batteries, but have yet to drain one in a day. I will never own a gas auger again!

Just got back from 3 days on Waubay and it was really slow. Saw a lot of fish on the camera swim right on by. Tried everything, but they were very tight lipped.

Thanks BK. I’m hoping someone has purchased one of these as I already have the LX-9 and PanCam, but would like a little clearer image as I display the camera on TV’s in my permanent house.

Get the XR hammerdrill with 5AH batteries. You don’t need the hammer drill setting, but you do want to have the handle. With 2 5AH batteries, you won’t run out of power and should be good for 40 holes at 24″ of ice.

I have the Okuma AFB20 and a DAM Quick Camaro 620; both baitrunners. I will purchase more and they will be Okuma’s. The size is much better for ice fishing and I prefer the operation of the reel over the DAM Quick.

I have my own IC and usually bring portables too. Call Sportsmans Cove at 605 345 2468, they should be able to help you find someone who rents houses.

Waubay is my go-to now. Way better drive than LOW and nicer fish. Really depends on what you want to do:

    Fish quality: Waubay
    Fish variety: Waubay
    Eel Pout: LOW
    Night bite: Waubay
    Night life: LOW
    Driving from The Cities: Waubay
Bonus: Waubay, you can fish 4 lines per person.
