    I’d say 35-40k closer to 35 for a good buddy and start at 45k if listing it

    I went through a credit union when I bought mine. I financed it for 10 years to keep the payments down if I had to. It’s always easy to make double payments or pay more if your income allows

    Absolutely!!!!! Plus I think it’s kind of fun to go out there and fill her feeders and see what’s around and it gives me a good reason to go visit everyday!

    That is awesome! My grandma has put piles outside of her window for years to watch the eagle come and eat all winter long.
    Just a couple months ago when dad was diagnosed I started putting a feeder full of cracked corn in their backyard so they would have something to look at since he couldn’t leave the house. He passed a couple weeks ago but mom loves looking out the window at the birds and I know there’s a few eagles around so I would love for her to be able to look out the window from time to time and see an eagle in the backyard! 🤗😊

    You do need a tag, but any sheriff can write one up. It’s super easy if you come across one.

    I thought about that, the things are getting thrown in fields and I didn’t want to have to go pick up the remains of a carcass like bones and such come spring time…

    The last boat I owned was a crestliner. The shed that I started in over the winter collapsed and totaled it. As far as I’m concerned that was the best thing to ever happen to that boat! I called it the wet liner because it rode like crap and if there was anything more than a ripple it came over the bow and got you wet.
    I use the insurance money from that boat as a down payment on my pro v and could not be happier!

    I’d definitely say duffs if you want pizza! Philander’s in Prescott has phenomenal bar food if you want something other than pizza. Those would definitely be my two places to pick
