I called border services and got a response. No touching soil or anchoring of any sort. They said that spot lock would be up to the discretion of the warden.

running 20′ leader of 10lb suffix braid
flicker minnow #9
12′ for leader
3 1/2 colors should get me there

This will be my first time ever on the pool so I was looking to get away from the crowds and just caught my kid a couple of fish.
I know from the Rainy River there is a website for monitoring flow and depth but can’t find one for Pool 4. Any help is greatly appreciated
