I know some folks who have a place at Pats Landing. I have stayed there a couple of times with friends, and everyone is super nice. Check ’em out.

Regs say you can use drivers license number. Thats what I was trying to clarify, if I need a shelter license/permit whatever. Are shelter licenses required for portables?

If you use M$ Outlook for your email, you can just email the picture to yourself. When you attach the picture it should ask you if you want to make your picture smaller. Click yes and away you go!
Otherwise you could save it to imageshack and use the smaller image link. Good luck.

pumpkinseed green flake 5″ yum dingers were key on sat. Slow on outside weedline. Its a toss up for me between these and senkos. They seem to last longer, and drop a little slower. assult’s stickbaits are like logs they just sink and dont wiggle.

Thanks for all the ideas. I’ll check into these spots, Lake Carlos sounds sweet. The only time I’ve been to Okoboji is around the 4th of july, and i never get much fishing in then… I’ll have to get down there some other time. Thanks guys!

Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster.
Some friends and I will be up on the north side of the pond this weekend. It’s my first hard water trip, so I hope all the tips and tricks I’ve picked up here help.
Everybody have fun, take pictures, and be safe.

P.S. If you see an old grey Yota truck with the calvin from my avatar on the lake, pop in and say hi.
