I’m going. This was my first year and I had a blast. Finish 2nd in points for the Mn. division. I hope all the contestants at the finals have a great time.

I have been wading at McIntosh this week and I have been catching yellows shallow. I just use a twister and a jig. What a blast!

Love2Fish, I got my lund pro v from Crystal Pierze a couple of years ago. I got a great price and got them to upgrade the trolling motor to a 24 volt. I just wish I knew to change out the fish locater too. They were easy to deal with and they gave me all the time I needed to “talk” to the wife.

I went out sunday afternoon and hammered the yellow bass. I caught them on a white 2″ twister tail. I was fishing the north shore in shallow water. Boy,can they fight for their size!

I was wading by the outlet yesterday. Caught a dandy male that was milking. Saw several other fish caught as well. One fish in two hours is not a hot bite. But it won’t be too long until it will turns on.

Thanks for the information. I’m going down that way next month.

The maps are on the Iowa DNR website. Some areas of dots are along the shore, others are by wingdams, and others are mid channel. They sure have me stumped.

I’ll see you there too. I hope the walleyes are biting like last year. Almost everyone had a limit.
