You should have plenty of gas to run both off of one regulator. I would run copper inside the house with flared fitting. Maybe in install valves so you can isolate each appliance separate.

I have had both. I liked my marcum LX7, but it failed me a few times and I would always get interference when fishing next to someone that had one too. I could get most of it to disappear, but you had to mess around with the setting. Had a transducer fail me on a trip to devils lake and had a hard time finding a new one in town. Also you have to turn the back light down so far it was hard to see on bright sunny days when not in the house. On those nice days I hated setting up the house, because it was just to nice to be in the house. I also bought the lithium shuttle to help with the battery life and it failed 1 month after the warrenty ran out. i contacted marcum. they would replace the battery, but at a cost I thought was to much. I then sold it and got a FLX 28 and never looked back. I can use it in all sun conditions and it just plain works. I don’t need charts as I have a Lawrence HDS gen3 on my ATV that I use for charts. People say that Vexilar are out dated, but they do what I need them to do and mine have always worked.
June 17, 2019 at 8:55 pm #1862722I don’t have skeeter, but looked into getting my verado 200hp 4 cylinder reflashed. It would have gave me 25 more HP. I talked a guy at my church that is a retired marine mechanic and owned a dealership for a long time. He asked my what my top speed was and rpm ect. He said honestly I might gain 2mph more and use more gas. He was saying to get over my top speed of 50mph would a lot more HP and that the 25hp wouldn’t be worth it. Also I have a feeling that it would void the warranty. Even if you had two ECU’s the computer in the engine would tell on you. So with that I tell people get a bigger boat rated for more hp of just be happy with what you got.
June 17, 2019 at 8:43 pm #1862719I fish 90percent by myself. I put the boat in and take out usually three times a week by myself. I’m getting pretty good at it even in the wind. Twice a year my wife might come with. It is better for both of us if I pretend she is not there. When I take the kids they are 7 and 9 they want to help, but then again it’s better if I do it myself. In a few years I will start to work with them on putting the boat on the trailer. My yar-craft trailer is one of the best I have had and if you get it close it guides it on right. I usually power load like 95 percent of the people in ND with bunk trailer. One of my simple pleasures in life is to watch a brand new boat on 4th of July weekend with a husband and wife team. He yells she she yells back and it goes on from there. I will ask if they want help, but usually get the stink eye look. I park my boat get my truck and put the boation the trailer usually before they get there off the trailer.
June 2, 2019 at 7:19 pm #1860059I have a set of there black stuff. I was a little water proof the first year. I’m on year 4 right now and it doesn’t keep me dry anymore. I have not tried there new stuff as I got a good deal on some basspro 100mph gortex.
April 17, 2019 at 6:45 am #1851326Watching the game the rookie had it coming. He was egging it on and it didn’t turn out well for him.
April 1, 2019 at 2:57 pm #1847629It can turn 360 with moving the head. But if trolling it would only be looking forward or backward.
March 31, 2019 at 6:53 pm #1847430I have a 36v minnkota that is on a 20’ fiber glass boat. I pull cranks 6 to 7 hours with my bow mount at about 2mph. If the wind picks up I will use my big motor and use bags. I run group 29 batteries and have never ran out of juice. When the batteries start to go I will replace them with 31 series. I would try your bow mount, but I wouldn’t be surprised if your main motor would do the job.
March 18, 2019 at 2:23 pm #1844108I don’t want sound like a jerk, but your question is very hard to read. Use some punctuation and proof read it. I like my striker suit in the spring and fall on the Boat.
February 21, 2019 at 11:08 am #1837289House is a 14’ and weights about 2000lbs. I have a can am 650 with tracks.

January 24, 2019 at 6:02 am #1828916Same thing happened to me with my shuttle. It was a month out of warranty. I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone so I sent them an email. Within a hour I got response. To make a long story after about ten emails and them telling me it out of warranty I sent them an email saying what a POS this thing is. That I spend 250 for it to last 13.5 months and that I couldn’t see spending 140 again ect. Also that there was no way that I could in my right mind recommend the shuttle or any of there products for that matter to anyone’s else. After that email I finally got a phone and they replaced the battery for me for free. They said only 2percent of the shuttles were having this problem. Like I told them I expect to replace it every 4 or 5 years not every year.
January 6, 2019 at 7:10 pm #1823575I personally think you need power steering. I have rode one without it and it is a workout for sure. Turning the tracks when not moving fast sucked to be honest with power steering it is much more enjoyable.
January 6, 2019 at 6:53 pm #1823570Can am changed the design of there front A arms and camso hasn’t made them yet. I waited over a month of them saying it will be another week or so. Finally they said the end of January and I wasn’t going to wait that long. I started the process before thanksgiving. I should have went with the can am tracks to start with because they make a module that goes into the computer for the power steering and also adjusts your speedo and odometer for the right speed and mileage.
January 6, 2019 at 6:29 pm #1823564Tracks are 4000.00 or so installed. I have not taken them off yet but I figure a half hour per tire the first time. I’m sure it will be quicker after the first time. I figured it’s about the same price are buying a nice snowmobile and I can use the tracks year around, but then likely won’t.
January 1, 2019 at 11:19 am #1822201I take a battery powered impact gun and take the wheels off, the tongue off. I also put the pins inside of the fishhouse. I want to make them work for it if they want to steal the whole house. Inside I have a game camera, but I’m looking for some type of camera that will send pictures to my phone. It seems I will have to get a sims card to get what I want and to make it work. Anyone else have any ideas?
December 17, 2018 at 9:28 am #1818389I have looked at the battery and it is replaceable. It’s a easy circuit. I called marcum and left a message as “all the technical advisors are busy”. I’m old school I would rather talk to someone in person or on the phone which is getting harder and harder.
August 19, 2018 at 11:50 am #1792407Thanks for the info. It says right in the owners manual to only fill to have of the dip stick marks. I’m still confused on how it makes oil but I know that some how they do
June 20, 2018 at 11:44 am #1781433I have a verado so I do t get much smoke. I did remember the days as a kid backtrolling with my dad and always having that smell in the boat.
June 11, 2018 at 7:07 am #1779551Would you be interested in selling the 5” with no ducer? Also how much are you asking there is no price.
May 14, 2018 at 1:57 pm #1774631I use electronic wipes. They come in a nice little resealable bag. One bag will last all season. It is mostly used for if I get sunscreen on the screen.
April 3, 2018 at 7:06 pm #1765044I didn’t want to put the holes in my boat when I would only be doing it a few weekends a year. I’m mainly looking for a really stout rod holder.
March 21, 2018 at 7:02 pm #1761570I actually made use of mine. It where I put my rain gear, sun block, extra cloths, ect. I have never used it as a bait well. The boat does great in big water and back trolling is awesome in it. I have a bow mount but only use it for the spot lock for vertical jigging. Honesty I can do the same thing with the vantage, but spot lock is great for when I feel lazy or when I have my kids with.
