Samsung’s Touch Wiz stinks, that’s a problem for me. I wish manufacturers would leave the interface alone and leave it the stock interface.

The Notes size would not be a problem. I actually like Phablets.

Actually… Touch Wiz is considerably improved on the Note 4. I picked one up the day they came on the market. But, that aside… if you don’t like Touch Wiz, you can always rock another UI. I have Nova Launcher installed and love it.

The Phablet does take some getting used to. I had the S4… but my wife’s Droid 2 finally bit the dust… so I gave her my S4 and got the Note 4. The S5 is not much of a step up from the S4… and I couldn’t wait to get the S6. If you want the best on the market, the Note 4 is what you got to work with. Or… nexus 6…

grand-kids went out into our back woods this morning and brought in a dozen. Amazing considering our woods are less than 1/3 of an acre. Found them in a fairly small area at that… and didn’t look around. LIkely to be a lot more.

Stranger things have happened. Role playing can be a good way to keep the passion alive. But keep in mind… make sure she is aware. If you show up pretending to be someone else… she may take you for crazy and you will end up committed.

On a serious note… seek outside help. You do not need to convince her to go to a marriage counselor. In fact.. seek help for yourself first. Go see one by your self and relieve yourself of some of your thoughts and feelings. A couple sessions alone can do wonders and have you thinking clearly before you ask her to join you. No worries… I can sum it up for you: Refs look the other way while the Avs dive into Kemper, Kemper lays back and the Avs player is IN the goal with his leg pinning Kemper back and down, and the puck goes in. And the Refs decide, rather than Goal-Tender interference, it is a good goal.

Then… Wild score to even the score when they should be up by 1.

Well.. the Refs… er.. Colorado scored. Hey.. why not let Colorado lay down on top of Kemper and then let them shoot. No Goal-tender interference??? Are you kidding me? No replay? It is game 7!!! Take a peak before deciding!WTF???????

I listened to the entire audio of what he recorded. Sounds to me like he was at his wits end… afraid… disgusted… etc. As many have said… once the threat was neutralized, he should have stopped. Listening to the audio… I guess I can understand why he did what he did. For those that haven’t listened to it… he said: IF he collected enough evidence, MAYBE he could get them arrested. And IF he got them arrested, MAYBE they would go to trial. and IF they went to trial… MAYBE they would be found guilty… and IF they were found guilty, they may spend only 6 months to a couple years in prison. And then when they get out, they will be in even more desperate need for money and would come back to him with revenge on their minds. And he said he could not live in fear like that for the rest of his life.

The guy has been targeted over and over again. He was in constant fear for his life. And there was no justice being served.

Guilty or not guilty? I am on the fence. But I don’t think he should spend the rest of his life in jail. I think the ruling may set a bad precedent for others who may need to defend themselves as well as make criminals a little more comfortable with their nefarious activities.
