Couldn’t you just take the Helix power cable and connect it right to the spade terminals on the battery? Why the need for an adapter cable?

Do you need to buy a special power cord adapter to run the Helix 7 on the Lithium Shuttle? Thinking about getting a shuttle and was wondering if another cable is needed?

    TIA

I’ve seen that adapter but I’m not quite getting how it works. Can’t you just run the power cable from your Helix right to the spade terminals on the battery?

Just bought a Helix 5 DI CHIRP GPS w/Navionics, a Marcum Lithium shuttle on sale from FishUSA, and the backordered XI91521 ducer from Hodges. Can’t wait to get this thing setup and out on the ice!
