Price is fair. My house hasn’t been out of the garage in 2 years. I go 3 times a year now 2 tournaments and 1 weekend in south dakota
Yes file with dnr as a mistake ASAP had this issue on uncles property uncle knew where 3 land stake were from when it was passed to him and his brother from father. Had there surveyors back out allowed the to cross his land showed surveyors approx location of known pins and when was all said and done signs were fixed to within mere feet of what they always thought property line was
I have a 28 x 32 detached and use 100 pound tanks right now. I have 2 and rotate them i keep my garage at 45 and am out there 1 maybe 2 nights a week and most weekends. When out there I run it about 62 I can get about 3 weeks per tank.
How about 2 shimano Calcutta inshore rods with shimano 400te musky reels on them within 100 yards of each other. Still not sure what they hit or if they both hooked fish. Was 27 degrees out trolling on lake of the woods plastic rod holders both snapped by by rods 1000 plus dollars lost in 15 minutes
My thought was along lines of motor isn’t worth much depending on deductible might get 500 to 1000 bucks if lucky. 70 through 125 I believe all had same lower unit
Thanks for the reply David. I was hoping this would be a 4 or 5 day trip. I have a commitment on that Friday that I need to fly out for Thursday night so this will not work for me. Good luck sounds like a blast
Those machines were around 16000 new. That may not be a horrible price depending on upkeep. Don’t know if you have looked at the seeds spark or not but you can find the 90 hp versions around as carryover and buy under 9 grand for brand new. I know the are totally different category but we have more fun on those than the big machines
I’m not sure if the gentleman is still around or not but I believe he used to frequent fishing mn and was from the Roger’s area that made clutches for the jiffy to use in dirt. We had an old jiffy 88 that we used in dirt all the time it still bit pretty good but would not whip you around
My inlaws have a Colorado with the diesel as well and love it. They pull a 16 foot yeti behind it and it does fantastic. They also pull a 17.5 lund all over. They pulled the yeti out to the black hills last summer and average a touch under 20 mpg at 80 miles an hour. It has been a really good truck for them.
Put me in the my wedge camp. I run a pair of them on my 225 merc.
The 2 we had were sperming all over the boat that is how we determined they were male
Was out this morning with a few buddies we ended up with 3 in the slot 2 we’re female and had eggs developing one was male. I thought it was odd the the eggs were not further along. Last year the week after opener we got 2 over 26 that were males. I know it is rare to get males that Large but mille lacs is its own animal.
I fish mille lacs every opener my guess is it will fish like memorial day. Fish will be transitioned out to the flats and on the deeper gravel will still be fish in traditional early spots but I believe they will be more spread out
I run the same as Dave lowrance live 9s and motorguide xi5. Love it can drop Mark’s along a weed line and have it follow it.love dropping points close together and having it follow inside and outside corners without thought
I am hoping to not need to run a generator this year when up on rainy for 5 days with no power.
I went the 36 volt route but x2 I don’t think I would have needed the 2 but I didn’t want to modify my battery area and the 100 amp hour 36 wouldn’t fit in current tray space. I did 2 36 volt 60 amp hour and then put in a 12 volt for all my electronics
2 12 volts will not give you longer run time than 1 24 of equal amperage I switched my system over from 3 12 to 2 36 volts my 12 volts were 100 ah deep cycle and my 36 are 60 amp so in parallel I have 120 ah I have not run this system out juice yet but only had it for last week of October until freeze up
I have a blue parrot 450 I think it is a mx series it is a few years old I also have a comexium that I bought on a whim when I was having some issues with my parrot. I can not where Barbuda style so these are both 1 side muff style. The commexium is a little more comfortable for me but the blue parrot have better noise canceling and people on the other end here less noise. If I would buy another pair I don’t no if I would spend the extra money for the blue parrot as they were over 200 and the comexium were 60
I don’t carry as much now but when I was I was carrying a sig p365xl with the halo sight. I also have the extended mag as it just fits my hand better. Thumper I am in st cloud also and if you want to shoot it let me know and I can meet you at firing line or tactical advantage i do not believe either place has the xl and only have the regular 365 and it is a significant difference
I also run a kipawa on my motor guide 105 pound thrust. It is the 350 model and I really like how my speed stay more consistant with this prop. When I cat h a big gust of wind this prop seems to stay pulling better than the factory prop
I have been up to a coworkers grandparents island a number of times it is not far from camp narrows which isnt to far from where you are we have found them in northwest bay a couple times but that is usually later in the year the only place we find them consistant mid summer is in ash and paddy bays. I do not have live scope and can usually find them within half a day just driving around with traditional sonar. When you find them the schools are usually fairly large and dont move a ton from day to day
I am not great at locating them by any means. 1 lake I frequent there are good numbers but hard to find on sonar. What I learned on this body of water was the crappies will lay right on the bottom almost in the mud. This lake is shallow and gets warm quick. Your sonar will light up just before dark and then the bite is on . It is very hard to get bit during the day in the summer here. Not sure if your lake is maybe similar
For a cheaper real the coldwaters are hard to beat. If you keep an eye out you can sometimes find the shimano tekota a series for 169.00 this is by far my favorite linecounting real.
10 to 12 is perfect. If having a hard time will keep down to 9.5. Or twice a year 8 to 9.5 for my 96 year old grandma. She just guts them and scales them.
