    Pete, if you’re not happy with you’re purchase we will gladly refund your money.

    With that said, we have a few questions for you:

    1. Have you actually used our product?

    At the time of your original post (2:24am), you’ve owned the product for less than 6 hours based on the tracking info provided.

    2. What is the purpose of the picture? We see an enormous amount of pressure shown on your finger by sliding it under the handle. This is also evident by the opposite end of the handle digging into the cork.

    If your intent was to get then band to stretch, you’ve achieved it — it WILL stretch when forced.

    If your intent was to simulate fishing conditions to test the product performance before you use it (GREAT idea by the way), this is not a fair test.

    Here’s our recommendation:

    – We suggest tying your line to a fixed object.

    – Set your drag to appropriate level of tension to simulate your style of fishing.

    – Progressively load the rod while holding it how you would normally fight a fish, with the best odds of bringing it topside. (We recommend leaving your finger OUT of it — :-))

    Bring them back to the store if you’re not happy with the product.

    We’d rather have you open the package and fish with it for a day to form your own opinion :).

    If you still don’t like it, send it back to us — we will credit your order.
