More and more ice each morning.
Thanksgiving and Black Friday weekend fishing will be a NO GO this year. December 5th weekend is looking very likely, just have to wait and see what the wind and weather does as we all know it changes quick up here.

Well, the ice has just started to form on Shotley Brook. In the past it is typically 10-14 days later that the lake is frozen over. Of course temps and wind play a big factor on when we will have walkable ice. Sorry to all the people that now have to spend Thanksgiving with their families instead of ice fishing. We will keep you updated as to when we will open.

You are correct id there is a actual loss they will win. The key is a actual verifiable loss. Many contractors believe there is a loss when there is not.
Oh, I agree and the Homeowner would have skin in the game at that moment.
The bad thing in MN is that the Insurance companies have very strong lobbiest’s and as a contractor I am unable to speak with the Adjuster.
