What you need to do is find your septic tank cover and remove it. This will determime your problem. Once you pull the cover, look down inside tank. There should be from the water level to the top of tank or ceiling of the tank about 10-12″ of space. The water needs to be at that height because there are baffles inside the tank to divert the water down and not let the solids and grease out of tank. If the water level is higher than that or you do not see the inside of the tank your ourlet pipe is plugged. When the sump runs the water in the tank cannot drain out fast enough so it backs up into the house and the toilet gurgles. The water sounds like it eventually drains down, but is very slow. This also could be true if the pipe from the house to the septic tank is plugged it will back up into the house. You need to determine which pipe is plugged. There should be a cleanout where the pipe leaves the house to clean it out if that is the problem. If it is the outlet pipe on the septic tank you will need to dig it up and replace. More than likely, the cast iron outlet pipe is plugged and eventually will collaspe. you will need to dig it up and replace the pipe from your septic tank to the distribution box. Replace with new pvc pipe and it should take care of your problems.

Had to replace my springs last year after one broke and i couldn’t get the door up. The best thing was to watch a YouTube video and explained exactly how to do it. Had to watch couple videos until I found video which explained it best. Tools were a vice grip, crescent wrench or open end, and two 3/8 solid rods 24″ long. Took about an hour an I was done . Be careful

Actually i think the optima batteries are a type of agm battery. They use a spiral design versus square plates. You get more punch out of the square agm battery versus the spiral design. All you got to do is pick one up to compare and you will tell the difference.

I have two optima batteries for my 24 volt system which worked fine. I just up graded to a 36 volt system on the boat. Talked to minn kota rep about getting another optima battery and he explained i should go with a agm sealed battery. I asked why and he explained the thing you need to consider with a deep cycle battery is the amp hours. The amp hours are the longevity of the battery. I believe i looked at the 27 optima and the amp hour was like 75 and the amp hour on a agm equivalent battery was a 105 amp hours. I picked up my battery at farm and fleet at 176.99 versus 219.99 for the optima. Plus the agm battery has longer warranty. Talked to the farm and fleet manager about optima batteries. He told me they were going to discontinue carrying them because they are now built in mexico and aren’t holding up as well. Don’t know if this is true or not. For now i am going to try the agm battery and see if it holds up. Time will only tell. Hopefully this info helps
