    I also got rid of my Jiffy this year too actually just a couple weeks ago only and I ended up going with the original Ion with reverse. I was pretty skeptical about getting an electric auger at first but boy do I love it. You keep the battery warm and do what the manual says you won’t have a problem it cuts just as fast as a gas auger too.

    How does the 2.5hp Lazer hold up if I wanna switch it up to a 10 inch bit every once and a while.

    How does the ion work with a 10 inch bit. I was always wondering because I was looking at getting an ion too but every once and a while when I go lake trout fishing I like to have a 10 inch hole. My plan was to just get a extra 10 inch bit and use it only then. Rest of the time I’d be using the 8 inch bit.
