I rotate front to back same side so rotation stays the same, on all tandem trailers it will pivot on one axle and the other will slide on turns this is where the some of the difference in wear happens.
the bilge with the black boxes (floats)that’s the automatic one that should be wired direct to a constant power source. The one standing alone is the manual pump. Did you check the fuse for the wash out pump?

I bought mine from reeds and the same thing, all updates but old style soft pack. I’m going to take it back and see about getting what I was told was in the box all new and up to date.
had the surgery a few years ago went in on a monday and had the left hand done went in the following monday took those stitches out and did the right hand went back the following monday took out those stitches and went back to work the following monday bull work so used the hands right away no problems at all.
