How easy is it to clean between something like bbq ribs? This would be in campsite setting with no dishwasher or stuff like that. Thanks

Domestic violence calls are the worst. People in a mental situation where every ounce of common sense is abandoned and people will do things they would never even contemplate 99% of the other times in their lives. These brave responders don’t know what to expect, and in this case it was the worst. Gods speed.
I’m very happy they are protecting me from MYSELF!!
they don’t give a rats a$$ about your safety. It’s just a revenue generator and a way to initiate engagement to see what they can additionally fine for. $$$$$$.

Anyone here using this on midrange Vexilar’s? How responsive is the gain adjustment pertaining to cone angle? It’s not. Proview is a 9 degree cone angle with smoke and mirror marketing
Interesting. I saw a video where the Pro View was suspended and a lure that would fall into the outer edge of a 12 degree cone and was invisible at low gain became visible when the gain was turned up.
I heard it reported that the fire was advancing due to the winds a mile a minute, that’s 60 mph. How do you escape or fight that?
I did not mention anything about the easement. It was purely a hello letter with my contact info if he wishes to contact me for any reason.
No contact info on signs, just hammered on straight from store. So far my best resource for getting a lead on owners name and last tax bill address is ONX Hunt. Time will tell. One of the land owners has a makeshift shooting range that crosses and terminates on the opposite side of the logging road designated as the easement. It is very heavily wooded and sight lines are very short. I would hate to become the victim of a unfortunate shooting accident while they are sighting in their rifles at the same time I’m traveling through…
If possible, the best thing you can do is bring your tourism $$$’s to Maui, when this all comes to an end. It’s the way most of the Island’s residents make their living. Like mentioned, there will be a boom in clean up, restoration, public utilities and reconstruction on the Island for quite a while. When I was living there, I managed the Chrysler Service and Parts depts… after covid, the amount of new vehicles coming onto the Island was unreal… mostly rentals and some pent up retail sales… I cannot imagine all the vehicles that are a total loss, that will need to be replaced.
This is looking to be a massive devastation. There will be nowhere to stay or visit for the residents let alone tourists. This can only be resolved through a massive government rebuild program. And that means taxes, and under these circumstances I have no problem with that. This reminds me of the great Peshtigo fire (overshadowed by the great Chicago fire that happened the same day). Many of those who survived needed to run into Lake Michigan. Many Maui residents saved themselves by running into the ocean. They just reported this may be the 2nd greatest fire in US history.
Small update. I spent an entire morning getting all documents and history. Bottom line is the more I researched, the more solid my right to access is. It’s a day short of a week since I mailed my hello, im your new neighbor letter…zero response. Even though I have the legal right, im trying to ease into this so as not to look like an arrogant a-hole. I’d rather have beers with them, than sneers from them. There is a lot more details, but I’ll wait to expand on them for now and give the Readers Digest condensed version hopefully in the near future.
I peppered the yard with land mines. Give a second I just heard a large boom…
…dang it, who let the dog out?!?
Just have your daughter with white shoe paint write BLM on all her car windows. None of the rioters will bother her thinking she’s a friendly. Wash it off when she gets home.
On the FD I’ve seen some pretty terrifying dogs run for the hills when police arrived on scene and spritzed them with just a little pepper spray. Now how would you handle a situation if the bad guy(s) are holding a loved one as a human shield?
I just pulled the plug…on a Pulsar 7250/6500 dual fuel inverter generator. It even has remote start and stop. Home Depot sale price $999 plus 10% off for military and veterans.
All I’m saying is that humankind’s most brilliant minds with what they’ve deduced about the physical world makes it impossible for “others” to detect and travel to us even at the speed of light. It’s almost as if God designed it that way…
Somebody wake up Einstein and tell him he’s a Neanderthal and has it all wrong.
Well, our most brilliant minds have deduced that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light. Why would and could any other beings have the capability to reach us in their lifespan since our radio waves have only traveled 150+or~ light years in distance. Hence they if they’re 150 light years away they would be just finding out about us and they won’t be here for another 150 years if they have the capability to travel at the speed of light??!!??
Gotcha, I know I’ve got to think outside the box on this one. I recall a conversation a few years back about a member here complaining about deer in his hostas. I have acces to some that I can split off and transplant and might give that a try. They don’t seem to mind the shade.
14 lb usda prime beef brisket, $59 from Costco. The family will be eating good.
News hype of the day. Arms raised in air, oh the woe. This was a high risk endeavor. People die every year trying to scale Mount Everest, 10 so far this year. Some days you eat the bear, some days the bear eats you.
Since I’ve been making my own smash burgers at home I don’t even consider high end burgers at premium prices anymore. If I just need to fill the gut on the road it’s either a stop at Kwik Trip or the 2 double cheeseburger with fries on special when ordered through the Mc Donald’s app. It comes to about $6 and does the job.
I normally cut over my fallen leaves a couple times then bag them. Clumping wouldn’t be a issue, I just want to make sure the mower has enough power to mulch thru 3 or 4 inches of leaves and then the ability to suck most of the cut up leaves up.
I’ll let you know this fall
I just bought one a week ago and yes I am a BIG Milwaukee fan boy. I’ve. Been extremely satisfied with all my Milwaukee tools performance. That being said, after consuming Yahoo reviews to satisfy my OCD, I’ve come to the conclusion if your bagging or side discharging the Milwaukee is second to none. But if mulching you are more prone to get stray clumps. E-GO has a dual blade where Milwaukee doesn’t, and I believe that’s why the green mower gives a better result when mulching.
Was this first thing in the morning with the engine subjected to freezing temps? These motors are designed to drain, but a little water frozen in the pee hole hose can interrupt flow till warmed up. During late fall island hopping for whitetail, me temp alarm goes off every morning till things completely thaw. It’s been doing this for over 10 years.
I’m not familiar with these brands, but have fished out of a hand paddled kayak and a foot powered one…the foot powered will have you greatly increasing your line time in the water and increased cast counts
God bless you Bob. I just moved to Lancaster and want to fish pool 11 out of Cassville. Are you just fishing the backwaters? Thanks
Shred raw potatoes and the dunce the living heck out of them till rinse water runs clear. Squeeze all the water out and fry in salted butter with a couple tablespoons avacado oil added till golden brown both sides and enjoy!
I just pee on the ice and place my transducer down. It’s also easier to see the spots that you sounded.
