I’d just like to voice my opinion of some of these tourney fishers. I was out early Saturday morning fishing near Maiden Rock before the tourney boats made their way to that end of the lake. In a ten minute span we had four Pro-Vs run up on us at full-throttle and buzz within 40 yards of us. I personally would never do that to any other boat on the water. It’s a respect thing. I don’t really care how much money is on the line or how good some of you think you are. There’s is no excuse for thowing ethics out the window when it’s tourney time. Needless to say we left Maiden Rock and headed down to Long Point where, yet again, the tourney boats insisted they were more important. We caught a lot of fish that day everywhere we went regardless of all the selfish monkeybutts. Basically all I’m saying is have a little respect for us non-pros. We may not have the big shiny boats with big fat outboards, but we have as much right to be on the water as you.

Fished west of the Rush last Sunday. They kept jumping in the boat so I didn’t bother trying anywhere else. Hopefully tomorrow will yeild the same results.

Not sure what size the manufacturer calls it, but they were the smallest made. Probably equivalent to a 3 or 5 rapala.
