I Agree About The Opinions No Problem There, But I Don’t Think That Spear Fishing Should Be Gotton Rid Of. I Feel That If You Are A Responsible Spear fisherman Then It Is No Different Than Angling Pick. Now I Hear People Say What If One Gets Off The Spear, Well It Shouldn’t I Myself Carry 2 Spears Because If I End Up With A Bad Shot I Have The Second Spear To Aid Me In Not Losing The Fish I Have Done This For 30 Years And Not Lost 1 Fish. Now I Have Seen Big Fish Kept Either Way That Should Have Been Released So It All Revolves Around Being Responsible And Having Respect For The Sport. Any Ways I Was Fishing On A Local Lake On The 16th Of November Casting Daredevils I Just Don’t Understand Why They Would Make The Season Longer As You Can Spear The Fish If You Can See Them In The Water. Anyway Just My Opinion.

i use to raise night crawlers, and picking them up from your driveway and off the road or out of the gutters is a bad thing. the gases and oils from the cars are on the worms and will poison them. also if you break a worm don’t keep it, in the wild only the front 1/2 will live. if you want to keep the ones off the road or driveway keep them in a separate container.
September 25, 2006 at 4:49 pm #482333i agree with you, i don’t either have land to deal with when it comes to this. but the law states that you don’t own a county or town ship ditch, so if you can step from the ditch to the water you can fish it legaly. i fish alot of these lakes but i ask the owner even though i can do it legally, if he says no i don’t, it’s all in the sportsman ship. now i have people that will walk all over my land hunting without asking, and you already know what happens then, the law will be waiting at your car when you come out, if they would ask i would have know problem letting them. except for deer hunting. theres just so much that we don’t know about this. lets just hope things get straightened out berore someone gets hurt.
September 24, 2006 at 6:32 pm #482057here were i live there are alot of privite lakes, but when it rains alot these waters raise enough to were you can either stand on the road or launch a boat from the road. now it use to be that county roads had different laws than township roads. they just changed that 2 years ago that when the water is to the road it is public waters. this just happened 2 years ago were this private lake raised high enough to were you could launch a boat and fish it. the owner went out and started to put up no tresspassing signs, and the sheriff, and the DNR pulled them up as he put them up, and said he couldn’t do that because the water abutted the road which at this location was a county road and he did not own the ditch, which made it legal for the fisherman to do what they wanted. now the township roads have the same law, were before they didn’t. theres alot more to the story that needs to be addressed than what we hear, for it is not just our rivers, it is our inland waters also.

September 20, 2006 at 2:30 pm #480675here is a little tid bit that might intrest the ones that don’t think this is something to think about.
Being from Louisiana this is all over the Louisiana fishin forums here .Its true he did rule and we are having big troubles with land and navagational water rights down here . Seems the CCA and other big touurnaments wont take sides either to help out anglers .Everyone is neutral but the land owners and the fisherman .Then this ruling what was He thinking ? Anyways where I fish in the intercoastal ther is posted signs all over the place .I just ignore them if the water flows in and out of it soo do I

August 31, 2006 at 12:53 pm #473694i have a dell i don’t know the size of the drives, i have one for the main and one for down loading music. i know they are big drives, but the down fall is is that i hadn’t defraged anything in 2 years, so my files were a mess. when you say that it always restarts it’s self, that is each file that it is defraging. my main had over 80,000 files, thats why it took so long. i called 2 different computor tecs and they were suprised that it finished as soon as it did. i still have to do my d drive but im waiting for a while. and i have dsl for hook up.
August 30, 2006 at 1:40 pm #473408sorry i haven’t posted anything in the last 3 days but that is how long it took to defragment my computor, it sucked. im glad you guys had a good turny.im going to go down by appleton this weekend and give it a try and maybe get some fresh pics up.
