I believe that the terrova also has an auto disconnect from the battery when it is stowed, saving battery life and wear and tear on the system.I currently have pdv2 with Ipilot, And although I love it, I’ll drop the Ching for terrova next time!

Very funny Brien. Or Bryan? Or is it Brain? I never remember how it’s spelled.
October 17, 2013 at 11:39 am #1200913Sarcasm appears to have been lost on that post. The joke is that no one seems to be able to correctly spell the name of the park, which is Colvill, named after a Civil War hero named William Colvill, who spent part of his life in Red Wing. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_J._Colvill
April 8, 2013 at 12:59 am #1160283This. Word is there were two barges steaming north from dresbach today.
February 18, 2013 at 4:08 pm #1143037Eric or Jason may correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn’t you be able to use the same external GPS puck for both units?
October 3, 2012 at 5:45 pm #1102732If I understand the bottom of the webpage, we will be required to have a plackard on our trailers in 2015, so the only thing that has changed about this is the location of the propaganda.
June 12, 2012 at 6:54 pm #1075544Behrens is likely it. Like stated before its 211 Main St. The building is on the corner of Main St. and Potter St.
May 18, 2012 at 7:07 am #1066712This thread seems like a prime candidate for a lock-down. Not saying I agree with this, but bitching about it here wont help anything. I suggest we all contact our legislators about something we disagree with.
March 22, 2012 at 8:07 pm #1051580I have eaten 5 guys twice and thorougly enjoyed it both times. The only thing stopping me from going more often is the distance they are from my home here in Red Wing. With that being said, there is no way I will drive the 45 miles for the food alone. Now Red Robin is another story……. I’d run 45 miles to get there!
March 22, 2012 at 12:36 pm #1051371You want them to be Lund brand? or are okay with something else?
March 22, 2012 at 12:31 pm #1051367X2 to the long line trolling, but coming from someone who has been there a few times, dont forget to enjoy all the other things there are to do and see at the lodge. I highly suggest you talk to the naturalist about hiking to bridal falls!
February 27, 2012 at 1:21 am #1043377Targaman was right. I got it for 3500 from an old guy who was in a financial pinch. I am now in the market for a bow mount trolling motor. I fish Pool 4 almost exclusively. For a boat this size, anyone have any reccomendations for how much thrust I need?
Thanks
February 26, 2012 at 6:58 pm #1043230I appreciate the reply! Let me know about next weekend, as I have the weekend off as well.

December 7, 2011 at 5:21 am #1015303Wife and I eat a TON of squash every year. Have grown several varieties, and to me, that looks like a pie pumpkin to me. I think they all fall into the “winter squash” category. Id make a pumpkin pie outta those buggers! http://www.pickyourown.org/pumpkinpie.php
November 4, 2011 at 12:48 am #1006466Just pulled the 36 inch Airens out of storage and got the oil changed and some fresh premium in her. She is hungry for some snow! Last year, I measured 50 feet of thrown snow and had 1 broken window thanks to it, this year should be no different! Can simplicity do that for you?

We used them in sept of 09 when we went to cabo for our honeymoon. Great boats, great captain and crew, excellent fishing, reasonable rates. When we get back to the ‘bo, we will be using this fine business again. Dorado, marlin, sailfish, wahoo, we put on them the entire day.
February 1, 2011 at 3:14 am #932247I cant believe I am the first one to say this. Get off your butt and hit the ice or something! I would rather sit in my shanty in my garage than watch any of todays garbage TV. With all the outdoor hobbies there are, i see no excuse for having to watch any of those shows.
January 9, 2011 at 4:05 am #924249I’ve got a sweet scar from that! Was putting the cover on a brand new lazer auger when the wind whipped up and tried to take the cover away, I grabbed real fast not thinking, and 9 stitches later I have a lifetime reminder to be careful when I put the auger cover on!
June 10, 2010 at 5:40 am #878744By being lucky to make it that big, do you assume the genetic defect or whatever it is will eventually kill the fish? Because I have caught many of these fish on P4, and they attacked a jig, ringworm, lure pulled on lead and three way with as much gusto as any other walleye/sauger in its year class. Although genetically “off” and without a doubt unpleasing to the eye; I dont believe there is too detrimental an effect on the survival rate for the fish. Only time will tell! Might be good to bring all this up to a fisheries biologist in the area, would be neat to see one of those studies done here on P4.
April 7, 2010 at 1:32 am #861455Had a good time staying at Eagle Beach Resort up there. Decent fishing on Eagle Potato and Fish Hook lakes and the cabins are fairly nice. http://www.eaglebeachresort.com
March 30, 2010 at 6:38 pm #858957I get brisket with our side of beef every time we buy. Easiest way to cook it doesnt requre a smoker and I do say that although not “True” BBQ, I hve been told it is more moist and tender. All you need is Brisket, 1.5 cups favorite barbecue sauce 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chilli powder. Mix all that, slather on the brisket in a tupperware. Throw it in the fridge overnight. Get up real early, pop it in a crockpot on low add all the remaining marinade sauce that was with it, put the cover on, and forget about it for 11 hours. Bomb brisket every time. I prefer to cut mine against the grain into slices but hey whatever floats your boat
March 18, 2010 at 12:25 pm #854775I have used both insanity P90X before in a trial setting and can tell you that it is not for the faint of heart. P90X is a program for someone who is already content with their weight and cardio conditioning, and is designed as something to get you over the top. As far as insanity goes, I know people who bought it and had the same slippery slope issue the first time they got sore. Some things to remember before you start ANY workout. Being sore is good, and if you are doing your part, you will always be sore to some degree. All the programs you find on the TV and internet can be great for your health but remember that if you are busy, dont have time to fully dedicate your life to a workout regimen, or just want to shed some pounds (the results from those programs are HIGHLY unlikely) get outside and walk the dog. Check out http://www.c25k.com cardio program. They only want 3 days a week from you.
Sorry so longMarch 7, 2010 at 7:27 am #850252Haha that would be a funny lookin fillet though wouldnt it? Ben when you coming back down to P4?
March 7, 2010 at 6:37 am #850247Must be the Nuclear plant….. KIDDING! But I have caught a few saugers like that in the past few years… Any fisheries biologists around the site?
December 13, 2009 at 8:09 pm #823041Some of the most popular brands are Ice Castle, The Lodge Fish Houses, Salem Ice Houses, and King Crow. Just google all of them and see what options they have. My favorite is King Crow, but look at all of them and choose the one that suits you best! Hope this helps.
