Serve them a letter that states they need to be out in 30 days. If they are not out in 30 days, you can start the eviction process through the courts.

Once there is a court order from a judge, law enforcement could then remove them. Unfortunately, this is not a quick process but it needs to be started with a letter from you.

Last sit for me in NW MN. Trying to fill a antlerless tag. I’ve had a couple fawns out for almost an hour now.

Heading home in the morning and will hunt the farm over the weekend.

Quite the show this morning. Seen 5 bucks now. The bigger 8 and two small 8s are all chasing a doe. The bigger one had her cornered, but then she took off and they all went running. Then a 7 came through licking his lips. hah

Look up from typing and a third buck was going through. On the move after the rain yesterday.

It happens Randy. Glad you found it and got closure. I’ll come take care of that 9 for you. grin

Back with the rifle this morning. I’ve seen two bucks already including a real nice 8 that was rubbing on a power pole and made a scrape at the base.

Slept in this morning so I could work in a bad trailer bearing so I can make it home Friday.

My buddy was out and passed on the one below.

If the rain stop, I’m leaving the rifle and going to one of my bow stands for my last antlerless tag.

It was me. I called her and gave an interview. It’s listed at the beginning. But only about deer. Not the others.

It’s actually the big one I had on camera that I heard the neighbor shot.

Patrolling the fence line today. So far a spike chasing a doe, a fork and a small 8. Shooting line is tight so need to keep the gun up in the window. Got to go!

I’m in the tree adjacent to the corner of the neighbor’s property. Been here since first light and haven’t seen/heard as much as a squirrel yet.

Update: action is picking up, her robe just came off. Hopefully get a good shot before the strobes and sirens!

On this thread we post pics of our quarry…

Day 3. Temps dropped over night in NW MN and the wind is going to go down throughout the day. Should be good movement. Had a good buck on camera early this morning.

Just saw two more bucks that were circling each other like they were going to fight. Then went out of view. It was right after a rattling sequence.

    Going to rattle more today.

First deer of the morning is a 6 pointer. Like all the others, nose to the ground on a mission.

I ended up seeing three 8 pointers this evening. All three had a broken tine. Got a video of one making a scrape. Two passed my trail camera. All three had their nose to the ground and headed towards the river.

200grain Fury .40 cal bullet at just under 2900fpd out of my smokeless muzzy. It’s a real terminator.

I left the muzzy at home. For some reason when I got my new breech plug I didn’t throw the bad one away. Now they are mixed up and won’t be able to tell the difference without some testing. doah
