I like single pins, but I also feel they arent for every setup. Depends on your bow and arrow setup and speed…. imo. I went for KE and dont have much speed so I dont want to worry about having to move my sight if i’m at full draw and all of s sudden he isnt at the yardage i thought he would be. I like to put the pin exactly where that arrow should hit and dont want to kentucky windage him and aim a little high cuz i have my pin at 20 and he is 30.

With that being said, if i had a faster bow I would be shooting my HHA, cuz yardage wouldnt be as big an issue with a flatter shooting bow. So like I said, I feel it all depends on your setup as to what style sight would be best.

I know a lot of people have certain viewpoints on bear, but let me tell you the new motive 6 is an awesome shooting bow. Fast, quite, smooth drawing and little hand shock. We should have them in the shop soon. Also the strothers line up is pretty impressive. There are a lot of good bows out there and i definitely think you should shoot as many as possible. The mathews Creed and Chill are very nice bows, as is the Hoyt Spider Turbo. You should shoot all of them and narrow it down from feel, regardless of name brand.

The nockturnals are the only way to go. They are lighter and work EVERY SINGLE TIME they are shot. I have not had a single one fail and they are brighted then all heck. They will be the only lighted nock in my arrows from now on. Very impressive

Hey thanks Mike. They did turn out pretty good. My buddy has a high end camera camera that takes really good pictures. Plus we take WAY to many pictures just to get the few perfect shots . It’s fun, I really enjoy being able to capture the moments and have those for years to come.

We have had several mature birds rush the full strut decoy over the last couple weeks. Granted these birds aren’t pressured as much but the birds were going crazy for them.

So what’s the word on the contest? Season is fast approaching. It’s time to some gobblers

I’m definately a hang-on guy. I like to get up as high as possible when the situation allows for it. But when i’m hunting public property and like to jump around often… it’s hard to beat a climber. Especially when I need to take a nap
