nada is usually way below what they sell for. The bank usually goes buy this for loan value. With a older motor like that i would take it to a shop and have what’s called a leakdown test on the cylinders. Not that expensive and will tell ya alot about the motor. Much better than normal compression test. Sound pretty nice if motor is good.

even putting some large patio bricks on the ground around the frame on the bottom would help.
