That is pretty respectable I would think.

I am happy with it since it sat at the ups drop point for 5 of the days.

Talk to the Sheriff and/or a lawyer. Good chance you will need both.

I just stopped at every lawyer in town and none of them deal with evictions and none had anyone to refer me too.

Just got up to 248. With it dry in the swamps this year it will likely be slow like the last few.

This weekend was definitely a bust over all for us also. Friday I saw 10 on a short walk before dark but they were flushing way out. I had multiple birds get up 100 yards out.

I ran north for a day trip with a buddy. First good trip with the new 28ga.

If you are not in a hurry they have them on sale frequently on axil website. I went with the corded ones with the hopes if they fall out while in the water I won’t lose them.

I bought a pair of the axil gs extremes 2.0 this summer and have been happy with them.

We hit the north shore last weekend in the wind and managed to find birds both days but definitely not like most years.

I just picked up a Stevens 555 28ga for a new grouse gun. It has been doing a great job on the grouse so far.

The guys that I knew that were up last week had the same report as you read. They ran north 2 days before fishing the south end. They had much better fishing south.

If it was me I’d take my walks in the morning and fish in the afternoon. Once you start figuring out some decent trails or areas you are in a great area for good numbers of birds.

Depending on the weather you could have some tough travels. Even more so if you do not know the river. Heading down river from ifalls would definitely get your feet wet on the shallow end of the river. Navigating the rapids below franz if you don’t know the area can definitely be a problem. Mooring over night could definitely be a problem unless you plan on just anchoring. There is not alot of public property on the US side and beaching on the Canadian side is another set of issues you would have to figure out.

Can’t imagine there’s many people there this evening. Nasty humid with incoming storms.

We took a ride around the grounds about 9pm and the majority of stands were closed and most streets were pretty quiet.

Sweet Martha’s cookies are only good right out of the oven. Take them home and the next day they taste like butt.

It’s crazy seeing the amount of groups walking out at the end of the night and everyone in the group has a bucket of cookies.

Vortex ranger is what I am using for most of my hunting. Make sure the range is much further then you expect to need. I have had 2 different range finders before my vortex that were sold for bow hunting that struggle with ranging objects in the woods at 40-50 yards. They both claimed to be good for a 100+. The angles we shoot and distances we shoot in mn have a very small difference in yardage. The two bow rf I had would account for angles my vortex has always read within a yard or two. That includes going to alot of different 3d shoots. The only places I saw a larger difference was shooting at powder ridge and bowfest with the steep up hill and down hill shots that were normally long shot.

What a cesspool after the sun goes down. I can’t imagine the crowds would be anywhere near as big if the news reported half of the stuff that goes on down there.

Find one with a red readout. They are much easier to see in lowlight.

Have a product in mind ?.
The ones I bought which I don’t remember off hand what they are, say easy read out in low light. But that’s not the case.

I will have check in the morning after work and let you know. I won’t own another without the red readout.

The sooline is rough on tires. Plug kit and compressor or a spare tire is definitely a good idea. Otherwise the trails you mentioned are pretty easy going.

I have had a 24v 100ah in my boat since 2 winters ago. It has been awesome so far and even over a weekend I have not killed it.

When I went to Texas the outfitter we used would not let you hunt if you had a .223 or 5.56.
Depending on the type of hunting you are going to be doing will make a difference on what you want for a rifle. The place we hunted it was all sitting over feeders or driving up to feeders. With the brush in the area we were you could only get one shot off before they were out of sight.

Slow for us this weekend. Saw the first fish within a 100 yards for the landing waiting on the other guys to show up. My boat partner lost one boatside early in the day and the rest of the day we either saw fish that didn’t move or very lazy follows. Felt good to get the big fly rods out again.

Axil had a 50% off sale for memorial day. I ended up order a pair to try out.

What ones did you go with. I am looking for a set for myself and the kid.

I went with the GS extreme 2.0. I was worried about losing the regular ear buds while hunting.
