Fished pool 2 yesterday for bass. Did OK. I think it is still a week or two early for the best fishing in the area i was fishing. water temps were right around 57 when we started in the morning and was close to 62 when we ended in the afternoon. Most of the fish came on Jigs and soft plastics but we did get a few on Blades and swim jigs as well. I did also manage to pick up a large slab crappie on a plastic worm. I may have to get back there and try to fish a little more for them. Best of luck to you. Lets us know how you do.

i do not understand. i have been fishing backwaters here around wabasha and no luck at all. have been out at all times of day, using pretty much what you have been using. maybe wrong technique on me. i am not sure. very nice for you! very bad for me javascript:void(0)

WOW! very impressive! nicely done. i am sure it felt awesome to put her in the water for the first time. last winter i bought a 69 larson lapline and am working on restoring that. it can be a pain, expensive, time consuming and a headache to name a few. i am still in the works of getting HER ready for water. it was not in that bad of shape but i absolutely look forward to the day i get her in the water for the first time! again congrats!
