It is a good idea. how often does anyone check the air in the spare? A lot of imports have been doing it for a while.

And the battery is good for 500 shots or can be left on for 25 days if you forget to shut it off. So put a new batt. in every season and you are good I hope I don’t miss more than 500 times.October 4, 2007 at 2:01 am #613250it is supposed to be 5 times hotter than a 209 primer.

There is a switch to shut the batt off. Some states require you to remove the batt but thats pretty easy

August 30, 2007 at 11:49 pm #604636Motor Trolling
“Motor trolling” is trailing a lure, bait, or similar device used to attract or catch fi sh from
a boat while being propelled (forwards or backwards) by a motor or a sail or while being
towed by a boat being propelled by a motor or sail. Motor trolling is illegal except in some
counties and waters as listed in the section titled Special Regulations—Listed by County,
beginning on page 19. Casting and immediate retrieval of a bait or lure while positioning a
boat is not trolling. “Backtrolling” is only legal in waters where motor trolling is allowed.
“Position fi shing” is fi shing from a boat where the fi shing line extends vertically into the
water while the boat is maneuvered (forwards or backwards) by a motor used to position
or maintain the position of the boat over underwater structure. Position fi shing is allowed
statewide in all waters.I found this on page 16 in the online WI dnr fishing manual
August 30, 2007 at 11:37 pm #604635Thanks my brother said he read it on a wisconsin dnr page it said no motor trolling or backtrolling to catch fish
August 30, 2007 at 11:05 pm #604630Could be someone working at a dealership when I worked at a ford dealership about 12 years ago we had a remote that opened all fords with keyless entry
July 30, 2007 at 11:02 pm #595446flush the trans and change the fuel filter.
Don’t let them BS you they check everything else evry time you have your truck in the shop. I know I’m a mech and that is the only way shop make money on oil changes is selling things they find bad.
By the time shops pay the tech and the oil and filter they make about 5 bucks on an oil change unless the higher paid techs have to do it then they are doing it for free.
July 24, 2007 at 2:01 am #33139In MN you can not use any scope at all. Unless you have a special permit because of eye problems an then I am pretty sure only non magnification scopes.Peep sites are legal though but I dont think they would be good for quick shots if you need one. Hopefully this changes soon because the are excellant 200+ yard guns with a scope

May 5, 2007 at 2:04 pm #568198[quote I bought an automatic charger from Vector that has a function called “battery recondition”.
Like I said, I don’t know what the feature does, although I have put a meter across the terminals at times while the cycle was running and it has read some very odd voltages (11.3, 7.8, stuff like that). It is some sort of de-sulfation process.
Yep your right a slow low voltage, low amp charge will help out a borderline batt by desulfating the plates in the batt.
April 16, 2007 at 12:49 am #560976If properly maintained bearings should last the life of the trailer with either style. Just inspect the bearings and races for pitting if they are not pitted they are fine.
April 6, 2007 at 10:55 pm #558196additives wont hurt but arent needed. newer diesels are made for low sulfer fuel. we should actually see less fuel egr problems with them running cleaner
April 6, 2007 at 10:52 pm #558195Thats why its called practicing medicine. So its okay to make mistakes

thanksMarch 11, 2007 at 9:06 pm #547528Wow 256 mph the fastest I’ve been is 165mph in an 85 vette with 500hp still had throttle but was real squirrely and I thought the t-tops were going to fly off so I had to back off.
March 11, 2007 at 8:59 pm #547527I have a K&N air filter on it and I’ve just blown the crap out of it
If it still feels sluggish your mass air flow sensor could be dirty. Its very common more so with K&N filters because they have oil on them and it can coat the sensor and collect dust.
You can clean the M.A.F. sensor with brake cleaner It is located in the air duct after the air cleaner. take it apart and look at the two wires they will have a dirt buildup on them clean it with some brake or carb cleaner.
Don’t scape them with anything.
It makes a big differance if they are dirty the computer doesn’t think you are getting enough air and reduces the amount of fuel it delivers. I check them with every tune-up I do and i would say 50% need to be cleaned on average for me.March 7, 2007 at 11:49 pm #29707I would guess they probably had them loaded could be the reason for the tickets.
But now my dad has an old case he lays on the ground and sets his gun on when breaking for lunch. He says he’s not taking any chances.
