I haven’t heard that Snobear is going out of business….I cant see why as there’s a huge demand for them.

Jason Mitchell Clam shack and the Otter tool used for putting in stakes for a hub shack….weld on it broke after 2 stakes.

You’d be better off putting your money towards a Snobear instead of this IMO…pry catch 5x the fish, and be a heck of a lot safer too

I’d fish the weedline….run tip ups along it with 4-6″ sucker minnows about 2ft off the bottom while jigging near by

Yup, it’s everything….I sell PVC pipe, fittings, valves, etc for water & sewer applications, and pipe has gone up about 35-40%. Made in the USA, but they say getting the raw goods to make the stuff is tough to get.

Construction demand is at an all time high, people still paying the higher prices….no end in sight.

X2…Sure Set trebles are the only hooks needed on a tip up

Slough fishing is a different animal as there isn’t any structure to “hold fish” per say. IMO your best bet is to sit and wait for schools of fish to roll thru instead of drilling a ton.

We have been in a drought this year in NESD, but that being said, the 3 years before that we had record flooding….it has helped a lot of lakes & sloughs with water levels.

Good luck finding & fishing sloughs….hope you find a little gold mine, and if you do, keep it to yourself so the masses don’t pressure the lake.

Your best bet if you’ve never been to the area is hire a guide with a Snobear….your best chance for success.

Crappie bite….best bet is Lake Thompson.

    #1 trash

#2 can’t figure out for the life of me as a fisherman, if you’re on fish or a good bite and/or lake, why blast it all over social media? Gotta get them “likes” I guess.

Our small lakes in NE SD are starting to feel the fishing pressure. Crazy when 5-6 years ago nobody had a clue where a lot of the now popular lakes were. Heck you gotta get there at 5AM to find a spot to park even during the middle of the week.

Pry just a new 6″ & 8″ Lite Flite and a couple new spoons. Wondering if a guy should things now to make sure you’ll have them by ice season. With all the supply chain issues, wondering if there wont be much product to sell at the ice shows this year??

Get a Thorne Bros Perch Sweetheart….they’ve been building rods a hell of alot longer than JT.

I’d look at Thorne Bros over TUCR. Their rods are superiors IMO

for the money, the 36″ Fenwick rods are really nice, I prefer to use a 1000 size shimano sienna on it.
