I am also having trouble resetting my password. Every time I do and click save it doesn’t remember the next time I try and log in. I have to click get new password and then click the link in my email and then they send me a new email with a new password. I have to do this every time I log in on a different time after signing out. How do I fix this? I love this website and that sucks having to do this every time.

And why is the suzuki efi battery less? Does that mean the Yamaha F25 which is EFI is also battery less?

Ok thank you guys for all your input and advice. I really appreciate it. I think I am going to go with a Yamaha F25 instead. My state (Ohio) just changed the law this year that you can now have big motors on 9.9 hp lakes but no wake. There are only two 9.9 hp lakes really close to me so I will probably go with the 25 hp. What are your guys opinions on a Yamaha F25. It looks like it has really good reviews, lighter, EFI so no carb orator. I guess it idles kinda hard though. I can’t find a good price though. People are saying $3500 to $4000 but a dealer closest to me gave me a quote of $5800 which seems pretty high. Let me know what you guys think. I appreciate the advice. Thanks.

Ok thank you guys so much. So does the inline fuse only run on the positive wire? The power cable for the helix has a red and black ( negative/ positive) coming out and the other end plugs into the unit. Do I just run the black/ negative wire straight to the negative battery post or does the inline fuse have positive and negative wires coming out? I’m sorry just trying to understand. If I were to solder can you use just regular solder? I watch you tube videos to try and learn all this and I just get more confused and this is my first boat and first fish finder.
