This is my buddies lowrance with half the screen size. I’m a humminbird guy just want it fixed.

It’s on 10 any higher and the screen has all kind of noise.

Humminbird is sending a new transducer. My only issue is it’s a thru hull and I’d like to make sure that’s the issue before replacing it. I have sent them pictures of it in 30 fow and then over 100 fow. And they cant give me a answer to what’s causing it.

Yes I set a upper and lower range and it does not change there size.
Example. If temp is at 90 feet. I’ll set the upper to 40 and the lower at 150. Fish Mark’s are still the same as the picture I posted about 1/4 inch
