There are many YOU Tube videos on ways to tie your laces so they will not come undone. I don’t know how to explain which method I use but the laces never come untied and stay tight.

Randy, 24 hour care of a loved one is one of the most difficult things a person can do. You are a Godsend to your parents with unwavering love for them and your family. Remember….forgive, never forgotten, I love you, I will be alright and Rest in peace. I have been a Hospice RN for nearly 25 yrs. Thank you for accepting the “extra” assistance they can offer. Lean on them if needed after your fathers passing. God Bless you!
    Chris

Every pair of Fish Monkey gloves I own have been great. In fact, I have a 6 yr old pair of Yeti gloves which after heavy use show little wear and tear. Found a 50% off deal at Marine General and bought another pair to start using in about 10 yrs….

Fishing steelhead on a local stream. Felt some pressure so set the hook. Fish is running all over the hole and staying down. Finally got the right angle and the “fish” came up easily. Hooked a full can of Mountain Dew right by the pull tab.

2nd week of October can be very good for all types of fishing. We need some rain…if that happens…trolling and casting off of all area river mouths should be excellent for cohos, steelhead, browns and splake. The rivers will also have fish in them to fish from shore. Smallmouth bite will only improve from now on with water temps finally falling. Wind is the big factor to bring up your boat and fish. Hiring a guide may be your best decision…but not necessary

I fish the Brule Spring and Fall. I would recommend at least a 9’6″ medium light or medium rod. I use a 10’6″ which is a happy medium for float fishing and hardware. Many float fishermen are using 12 ft rods.

Roottwo, this has been the case in northern WI where I have taken care of two cases of people with CJD whom had post mortem brain biopsies and both were suspected from eating deer infected with CWD.

Rummaging through old mail and time to throw this out stuff. Found an unopened envelope from my mortgage company and inside was a escrow refund check for over $300.00…..from 2012. Called them and they said cash it!

The difference is….Mexico is going to pay for it per the last President. Sometimes you have to eat crow and do what needs to be done….without making up some cockamamy story about who is going to finance such wall. Not here to argue but lets look at both sides.

I think we have to remember that Immigration laws are made and passed by Congress….not the President. Congress has decided not to touch this issue for nearly 20 years because of VOTES. Both sides are very much at fault. Look at the history of immigration the past 25 years. Republicans have cried that we need the workers…Democrats have cried that it is a humanitarian issue. Until we get a President who has the guts to lock Congress up in their chamber until they come up with new Immigration policy it will continue this way.

We usually catch quite a few walleyes while bass fishing at Sikiwit using swim jigs, swimbaits and crankbaits. There are reed lines but not much for weedlines. The walleyes are very shallow. Might want to check out DNR concerns for eating Walleye out of this lake. High mercury content. You will also connect with numerous small northerns. Have fun

I have mostly Elliot and 2B rods. Hoping to buy the new top of their line Identity rods soon. What I like about the Elliot line compared to the rest….which I have fished many of them for years….is the Syncork handles and the fact that they have more moderate to moderate heavy actions. Not a fan of extra fast rods. Very lightweight and sensitive. They also have option of hidden hood reel seats and more standard reel seats but still with the Syncork. The 2B rods are also very nice to fish with.
