Dh Custom sells there blanks and fly guides. If I was building that’s what I would be going with.

I have a Resort but I also have a lot of extra fabric on the back wall. Honestly just thought I was over thinking it but I defiantly think something is wrong now.

I wouldn’t cut it down. Your canvas WILL stretch out. Trust me. I’ve owned a few Otters and they all stretch out. I would just deal with it for another tip or 2 till it does start to stretch and everything will fit perfect after that.

I’d be willing to bet it went through on the south side off a private access. I was out there the weekend before last and only had 4-5″ which was a few inches less then e everywhere farther north at the resorts . There were pressure ridges every couple hundred feet and the ice seemed a lot less consistent, so I would think it would be pretty easy to hit a thin patch like that.
If this was at any of the resorts I’m pretty confident they would have limited back down to foot traffic only, otherwise its just bad for business.

No, I just have a hard cover. Although it would be nice, I cant justify spending $2000 on a topper.

And shipping was only $15 for the lodge. My total came out to $336. Heck of a deal if you ask me. If your looking at the Resort the savings are even better.

It would fit diagonal if I didn’t already have a xt1200 Cabin in the back too. I know, its a bit over kill but some days you just don’t have to hole hop and having that much room and relaxing can be so nice.
