I’ve just been spoiled on good Crappie spots so I couldn’t imagine eating packaged tilapia. I guess there was once a time when I would have though.

I havent gotten a picture. It literally is an old faded 8×10 no trespassing sign with some county ordinance posted on it that’s faded out. Police stated it was indeed for the lot and that fishing in kayaks as long as we didn’t launch from a lot was fine. They ran that by him as well. We’ve been back out there and he drove by without stopping. So far so good.

You can! They were about 50 cents a piece. I know Walmart sells the nacho cheese flavored taco shells in a box though.

Hey Andy! I appreciate the support. Glad you found it fun. I have a ton of friends and family that watch he videos and don’t fish so I had to offer a solution to them. I don’t think I’d touch Walmart tilapia with a 10 foot pole. Maybe the Franks would help with it though.

Meh, perhaps. You also have to request to be monitized with the YouTube platform. I haven’t done that and don’t have any desire to. I find ads would be a bit annoying for viewers. I have friends that do monetize their videos and it really takes away from the content. They also only make a few dollars per 1,000 views so it just wouldn’t be worth it unless you had millions of subscribers.

Also, I don’t monetize any of my videos. You won’t see a single ad on any of them. I create videos as a hobby for entertainment purposes only and have no need or desire for YouTube revenue. Clicks and video views mean absolutely nothing without monetization.
That being said, if people are dumbing YouTube videos here and running ads on them, then sure. I could see how that’d be annoying.

The county maintains the road way. The residents are upset that its a lower priority than other roads and often take matters into their own hands.

You’ll see in the video it was stated multiple times by both parties that it was a civil issue according to police. But hey, hopefully something comes from it. It’d make for another video to post here.

Also the main lake has public access. There’s 2 smaller ones that do not because to get to them you have to walk through private property. If you’re planning on coming on out stick to the third lake.

I wouldn’t say playing by any means. I’m definitely enjoying myself and my stay here at IDO or I wouldn’t keep coming back. I think you guys are great and full of information. I mostly lurk. As far as this particular video? It’s fun. Everyone’s replies? I really enjoy reading them and it’s honestly very entertaining to see how the older generations are. The ages it’s showing from YT analytics are neat. 45-54 is the most popular catagory from traffic received through this sight. It’s this age group that makes assumptions based on behavior about political views which I love. I mean, not that it’s relevant but I was raised hardcore republican and my dads open minded enough to find this halarious but he’s a bit younger. I wonder what it is about the older generations that jumps to say the younger ones are offended by everything yet get triggered when a video like this is shared.

I missed the part where it was my first time being freed from the shore fishing game. I’ve only shore fished once. I usually bank fish but it’d be hard to put a number to how many times I’ve fished from boats. Maybe I’ll rewatch the video and see where I misspoke.
