    I carry a bugout but love the new kershaw iridium if you can find it. solid edc for me

    We were in Black duck bay out by Shamrocks Landing.. There is a guy plowing a road/spots out that area starting this year.

    The snow was all packed and could drive pretty much anywhere with a truck. They did get 5-7″ on Monday when we left however.

    I looked at that Winchester safe as well but it wasn’t in stock at any of the local stores. It also was 100 pounds heavier and I had to get it to the basement down the stairs so I was happy the Sports Afield safe was alot lighter!!

    Bearcat plenty of those safes still on sale till the 5th of Dec. I believe. I got mine on black Friday but was at the Richfield Menards yesterday and they still had a pile of them for sale. Great safe for what I need it for.

    Same dilemma last year for me. I’m 6’7″ and the clam had a couple extra inches of head room. The main reason I settled on the clam is its 900 denier fabric vs. 600 on the otter. I’ll take an extra layer all day when it’s-20. So far so good, did some overnights and it was toasty warm last winter

    No love for the new venue in Waite Park? The Ledge amphitheater is awesome. Huge outdoor venue at a granite quarry that just opened this year. Took my son to Rancid and the Dropkick Murphys and the wife to 311. Hour drive from my house in Richfield but a great outdoor spot!!

    I’ve had good luck with the Abu Garcia ice max. Great little reel with a foldable handle and a oversized reel knob if you have gloves on.

    Kindling Cracker from Northern Tool and a 4# sledge hammer has been my go to for years. A 13 year old girl from New Zealand created it as a science project which is cool.

    Own a Pit Barrel as well and love the thing. I use lump and or charcoal and it continues to put out good cooks. If you live near an Ace Hardware they carry them in store as well as the accessories at least in Minnesota. Good Luck!

    Its called a pop-it flashlight! Did a few google searches and came up empty on where to buy one however. Good Luck!
