DJshannon- that looks great. Did you find any problems with leaking rivets or unforeseen problems during your restoration?

Transom is solid, floor was replaced last year. They are asking $3500 but willing to negotiate. I feel like I could restore it back to something I would be proud fishing in just wanted any opinions.
