As far as everything being my fault your probably correct but its hard to teach an old dog new tricks. I’m not use to having piece of crap equipment like yourself and pulling the plug and checking the batteries every trip. But the way you sound it wouldn’t have been your fault you would have blamed your kid!!!! Next time i’ll keep it to myself and let everybody find out the hard way.

I think the lower entry will draw more teams but I really like the 2-day events gets me out of the house 1 more day and it gives the teams that are on the bottom of the list a chance to leave 1st the 2nd day. I like the format of leaving the 2nd day in the order you finished the 1st day, really throws a new twist into things. JUST my thoughts Ill fish it no matter what.

Thanks for the help again this year Bill. I’m giving the teams that fished last year untill the 20th and then will follow up on the waiting list of those that didnt fish last year. Right now I have around 15 teams and a bunch on the way (I just sent out the e-mails for the tourney) So if you didnt fish last year just fill out the entry and send it in without a check and if you get in I will contact you. Thanks for all the kind words and ideas guys. I’m sorry to say I went with the 50 boat limit.
The big reason is the lower # of boats in all the tourneys last year. Some other things that made me go that way was that the tourney should hopefully fill up faster leaving me more time to plan the food, the harbor will hopefully like the smaller # of boats. I’m still planning on raising the entry $10 which will take care of the permit and also increase the payout. The only promblem is do I invite everybody who fished last year and then open it up to anyone, or open it up right away? I will keep everyone informed.

Well I’ve known Steve since he was a pain-in-the-butt creel boy and for Randy he has always been a pain in the butt. You only have 2 meet Dean once and know what kind of guy he is. Somebody is just searching for an argument and his wife isnt home so he decided to dishonor some riverrats. In one ear and out the other. If Felegy wants a story I can give him one about a certain someone that rearended a certain Tuffy boat in 4th cut a few years back!
