Back and joint pain is caused by a lot of little things that add up to a big problem. Improving your flexibility and core strength will help but addressing the little things like your uncomfortable truck seats, a worn out bed or a wallet in your back pocket will help. No one thing is going to fix the problem but anything you can eliminate will help.

Interesting. That must be why they jacked the price up on them so much. I just assumed it was the ol real estate trick. If you can’t sell garbage for cheap, try doubling the price and see if people think it’s actually worth something. Unfortunately for RAM that trick didn’t work and they still can’t move their trucks. Hopefully the OP doesn’t go this route. A hurtin back and a severe case of buyers remorse would be a terrible combination.

I’m with Bearcat on this one. On our block it’s Ram, Chevy, Nissan, Ram, Ford and Ram for trucks.

The orthopedic surgeon that did both my hips told me that a wallet may not be the original cause of back and joint pain but it is a major irritant if you have back or joint issues.

Pat k. Did u take your boat to specialty shop to have seals and oil changed?

The 1st time it was an auto repair shop in Alexandria because I was there fishing when I noticed the leak. The 2nd time was at Dakota Marine in Farmington where I usually have my boat serviced.

Nice good info to know . Do you use it alot ? I put probably 7-10,000 miles on it a year . I fish 2-3 times a week at times . .

I put 1500 to 2000 miles a year on it.

My 2006 trailer has had the oil changed twice but still the original bearings and races. There was a leak after about 7 years and I had the oil and seals replaced. Last year I just thought it was time and had the oil and seals replaced again. The tech said the bearings still looked fine. Both techs that worked on it said the bearings will run quite a while if the lube leaks out because of the synthetic lube that’s used.

I just cannot pull the trigger for either one of these clowns.
Heading to the booth in an hour or so. Good thing it’s close to a bar.

Good thing they changed the law. I remember when bars and liquor stores were closed on election day and couldn’t open until the polls closed.

It’s a unicorn year, where Sunday morning isn’t an hour early! Love these years.

I like not having to deal with the time change. There always seems to be one guy that’s confused by the change and is waking everybody up an hour early.

Go to the mill and buy your corn, you’re not doing the farmer any favors by buying it directly from them and most are busy enough that they are just going to view you as a pain in the butt for asking. Nothing more annoying growing up on a farm than when a city slicker came out looking for “ just a little corn or dirt or manure” and then act like you’re doing them a favor by taking it. Case in point your buddy could have saved you 15 bushels in a wagon and didn’t.

There are just as many reporters, Fans, player, coaches, Ect. That feel what he did should not keep him out of the HOF. I’m in that group. Betting on games that you don’t have anything to do with the outcome doesn’t bother me at all. Now if they can prove he bet on his own team and did anything to effect the outcome of that game is a different matter. I don’t think that has ever been proven. The HOF should be about a players playing career and nothing else. His #’s speak for themself on that. To me it was sad to see him die without ever getting the honor. Just my .02 worth

I think he belongs in the HOF but this is from The Sporting News:

Rose denied any wrongdoing, but the investigation found that the “accumulated testimony of witnesses, together with the documentary evidence and telephone records reveal extensive betting activity by Pete Rose in connection with professional baseball and, in particular, Cincinnati Reds games, during the 1985, 1986, and 1987 baseball seasons.”

Unfortunately I can tell you to not use Simple Green or any other citrus based cleaner. I did and only made things worse.

We have 2 Red Haralds and a Honey Crisp. The Red Haralds, I spray the trucks before they leaf and the whole tree 3 times over a 6 week period after they are done blooming and we have a bumper crop of beautiful apple every other year. The Honey Crisp I have tried several types of spraying and pruning techniques recommended by orchards the county horticultural society and the county extension office and I’m lucky if we get one decent crop of apples every 6 years. Most apple trees are on a 2 year cycle where you have a good crop 1 year and a much smaller crop the following year.

The 5 gallon bucket doesn’t really work in the winter since the water freezes. I’ve tried adding RV antifreeze and that stuff just turns to slush..

You have to use the RV antifreeze straight not diluted.

When we had a hobby farm we stored boats. Make sure that all food, anything that may have contained food or anything that could be mistaken for food is out of the boat. The 2 times over 19 years that people had a mouse problem in our sheds, once it was a subway bag full of subway bags for picking up after their dog that the mice tore into and the other was a bag of assorted Gulp baits the owner had picked up on sale and had just thrown them on the floor of the boat when he stored it. The mice really liked the Gulp, there were plastic turds all over the carpet.
Cab fresh and Grandpa Gus’s Rodent Repellent packets work well in stored cars and tractor cabs. They don’t smell as bad as moth balls and I’ve heard stories of mice shredding dryer sheets for nests.

Riverrat is right, the website won’t give you any information. But a DMV that does boat titles and registrations can tell you if there is a title on the boat or trailer. They just can’t tell you whose name the title is in.

My wife worked at a DMV office that also did boat transfers for the DNR in MN for several years. She would NEVER tell you to do it, but if the untitled boat and trailer are registered in your late FIL’s name it would go smoother if your deceased FIL “signed” the bills of sale.

I believe the boat to be a max of 2,900 lbs (wet/loaded) and the trailer has 4,000lb capacity.

Have you taken it to a truck stop or grain elevator to weigh it?
3 friends and I estimate the loaded weight of new boats using the numbers the manufacturers have online whenever one of us gets one. Then we take it to certified scale and weigh them. The 6 or 7 18′ aluminum boats I’ve seen all weighed well over 3000lbs, and every boat weighed 250 to 400lbs more than you come up with using the mfg numbers. I would guess a 20′ boat would be much closer to 3900lbs than 2900. Remember the weight of the trailer itself is part of the GVWR max capacity.

If it’s an older USA made one I’d see if you can find a rebuild kit, maybe even a New Old Stock from the glory days. I definitely wouldn’t try and warranty it just to get a POS China made one.

My FIL was a retired diesel mechanic. He had Snap-on and 1950’s vintage Craftsman tools. At his estate sale the used Craftsman wrenches with Made in the USA stamped on them, in popular sizes, were going for as much as the full retail price for the China made ones.

The strollers and wagons are just a necessary evil. It’s a family event and young kids are part of the family. The only other option would be the parents having to carry one or two kids around for most of the long hot day.

I’ve always had good luck using bleach. In my experience, Lysol just gives you a disinfectant smell but the fish smell is still there in the background.
