I believe Jiffy changed the mixture recommendation to 40:1 for all their ice augers. This is from their website:

Use this chart to mix gasoline and Jiffy® Synthetic Blend Two-Cycle Oil with Fuel Stabilizer for Jiffy® Power Ice Drills and BADGER™ Earth Augers.

    The ratio for Tecumseh TVO85 (3 hp), AV520 (3 hp), AV600 (3.5 hp), TMO49 (2 hp), TC200 (1.6 hp) and TC300 (2 hp) engines is 40:1.

    Gallons of Gasoline
    1
    2
    Ounces of Two-Cycle Oil
    3.2
    6.4

TIP: We recommend preparing a mixture in a one gallon gasoline container to keep the mixture as fresh as possible. For Seasonal use, mix your fuel in the season in which it will be used annually.

TIP: Tecumseh recommends that a fuel stabilizer be added to the mixture to keep it as fresh as possible. Jiffy® has excellent results with Jiffy® Oil with Fuel Stabilizer.

TIP: Jiffy® Synthetic Blend Two-Cycle Oil with Fuel Stabilizer comes in 3.2 oz bottle, the exact mix for 1 gallon of fuel.
