    Everything I have learned from all of you guys is really starting to ay off iam really getting the hang of fishing with tip ups I put 30 northern pike on the ice yesterday on the 20th thank you all

    I really need to start checking the date on my camera when I replace the batteries it is the jan 9 2015 not dec 16 2014 other one was taken on my friends phone

    I tried a green and gold 1/4 ounce lender spoon today and I am hooked on them my tackle box is getting filled with many more sizes and colors proof in the pictures

    Well bean using dead smelt in anywhere from 8 to 20 foot of water keeping the bait at least 2 feet off the bottom and limited out twice on the northerns and walleye since the 4th

    Hey I am here to say drilling through 2 feet of ice with a hand auger is not for me I would have died yesterday fishing and 4 inch is to small I like at least 8 inch auger and anything over 6 to 8 iches of ice is considered safe to drive on with a 4 wheel so with 10 you should be more than safe

    Thank you all for the help so far using the quick strike rig and the changing sets more often I managed to put 7 pike on the ice and 6 walleyes all caught on tip ups. And to many yellow perch to count weighting on tip ups using a jigging rod we kept 150 of the biggest ones nice not having a limit on yellow perch in most of Montana
