Ruxin-RX009 is the same thing for $40. I have one with the updated stones. All my knifes are razer sharp now.
I’ve recently seen a add for Wasabi Knife sharpener. Kind of a cool looking product. Keeping a exact angle when sharpening is the key. This tool looks to solve that problem and has many grit choices. The angle is fully adjustable and can be set with a cell phone. Easy to rotate from one side to the other as well. Was thinking of giving one a try. I have and have used the work sharp for many years now. Like it, but it does take off a fair amount of blade over time.
April 3, 2025 at 1:58 pm #2328114Ya you uploaded 8 pics it takes time. They are up now and look like a Chevrolet not Ram.
April 3, 2025 at 12:50 pm #2328085Guessing the last 1/2 hour the bids will sky rocket and people will pay over MSRP for some things after the fees.
April 3, 2025 at 11:20 am #2328071Thanks, Just bid on a SS Prop and oil for my motor sitting at $16.43 right now. Might place some bids on other stuff If I win to filp.
April 3, 2025 at 11:04 am #2328068Our radio stations in this market just plan suck. No classic rock anymore, we have no Hip Hop stations. Corporate media is ruining my listening experience. Guess now I have to create a station and Bluetooth stream from my phone now.
April 1, 2025 at 11:06 am #2327467Just tagged a big tom the other day, he was going to cross the road but he stalled then flew right into my windshield at 60mph. Feathers everywhere. He had about a 9″ bread
March 31, 2025 at 12:26 pm #2327239You only live once and life’s short. Take off next week and go……..
Man one of these years I have to get up there for this.
March 28, 2025 at 10:21 am #2326752Best of both worlds right now.
Crazy year. Have plans to open water fish in the local area tomorrow and plans to run a few Hours North on Sunday to ice fish. Was thinking of doing both on the same day tomorrow but pushed the ice outing till Sunday.
March 27, 2025 at 8:20 am #2326529Mike thought you started a new job, how do you get 2 weeks off just like that? Are they hiring? lol
Rivers always do. Shore to shore ice to wide open in a little over a day. Think I’m headed up Sunday morning and staying til the end of the season. Fishing solo next week.
March 26, 2025 at 10:26 am #2326406Have to roll it right after a rain storm when the ground is real wet. Works best is what I found out.
I have the same issue. Bought one that fills up with water. Used it a couple times in the spring like you said. Really didn’t do much of anything for me and haven’t used it since. I am on sandy soil.
PM me if you like. I’d probably sell it quite cheap.
March 19, 2025 at 2:30 pm #2324980Just slide the boat out on the ice and use an auger to drill some holes to fish in. LOL
March 19, 2025 at 11:33 am #2324923You can pick up last years models for under $1k in a 9-12″ screens. Best to go and look at them and talk to an educated sales person. Play with them and push buttons.
March 18, 2025 at 8:48 am #2324667I would go through all the power cables and clean all grounds and check the connections. A new 31 size battery should be able to start a 75hp with out loosing voltage.
March 17, 2025 at 10:58 am #2324482Not much the wind blew it all to Wisconsin or New York LOL. On the way home north of Red Lake they had 6″ or so we had to drive slow because the roads were still ice/snow covered. Around Mcgregor it was nothing.
bigcrappie, how much snow did you get on Saturday?
March 17, 2025 at 9:39 am #232444740″ of ice still out of Springsteal, almost needed 2 auger extensions. Friday was so nice out we went to the Canada border to fish off the tailgate and say to our new 51st state neighbors LOL. Saturday the winds were 50mph all day into Sunday morning. Stayed on the house all day. We caught fish all day and night. Pulled the rattle reels Saturday night to get some sleep. Highlights were getting some 14″ range crappie, 43″ northern on a tip up and many many jumbo perch. Probably caught 60 walleye lots of 10-14″ and bunch of keepers in the 16-19.25″ and a few small Sauger mixed in. Was a blast for my son that never been on LOTW. best Late ice trip in a long time.
March 13, 2025 at 12:59 pm #2323641Yep they will call that they hit the quota the weekend after opener and close it down for the rest of the summer.
March 10, 2025 at 1:14 pm #2322851Look at it as an investment. Every boat I have owned and sold I got what I paid for it or more. Last boat I made $4k and owned it for 6 years
March 10, 2025 at 9:52 am #2322758Headed to LOTW later this week for Spring Break time with the kids, called and they have 36″ of ice yet.
March 10, 2025 at 9:27 am #2322750Use a 1152 bulb with wires solder on it to test the power, that puts a 1amp load on the power source and that will show a bad ground or phantom power.
