I assure you we do all we can to help customers. There can be numerous possible reasons to a concern…we just need to eliminate or narrow them down.

Stalling or 7 beeps with the 40v can be for a number of reasons….
cold batteries, dull blades causing too much stress on the motor, letting up on the power button, internal settings, etc. It can require some investigation to get the resolution.

glenn, the jr bag is pretty much the same thing isnt it? good review if it is. james, i was looking at the revolution at legacy, the one question i have is the two openings on both ends of it, wouldnt that force the rod weight on the tips for whatever side you have up? i cant tell exactly how it is set up with the pictures they have.
