same sorta of thing happend to me a few weekends ago. i was trying to get some wingdams in before the storm was gonna hit. i am going down river and i see a lady and her husbend tied to a tree and waving there hands around like crazy people. i see a few boats just go blazing by. so i stopped to see what happend he blew his lower unit out and was in need. so i thought if this was me i would neeed some one to help. so i hooked up there big boat and did the slow pull UP river and took them to the nearest launch. After that i went back to my wing damn and got four cast in before the lightning came. It sure ruinded my fishing but i got the help a fellow boater out. One peice of advice always try to launch down stream and go up. that way if u get into trouble u can float back down
wow sorry to hear about the hotholers. i can not stand when “so called” fisherman do that to a fellow Fisherman. We all have a unique bond between a fisherman. there is no need to do that to someone. i am very hard to get a rise out of but when that happens i have smoke coming out my ears. Do not mess with a mans fishing hole. but anyways Tight Lines Guys
thanks for the report. i will be heading to p2 tomorrow to try my luck. it was really slow last weekend also.did u throw ringies up there or just grubs?
