That is really nice that you went through the effort to do this, Beast. Great work.

I wish i could take credit but it’s all my wife, being both retired a number of years we had time to work with our dog and take her to training, but it was my wife that the dog picked to be her human, My wife was a nurse, so it was a natural progression to work with little kids.

front quarter, beef stock, grain finished, (grass fed beef is tough as hell) hung for no less than 10 days before cutting. small shops that do on site kill are the best.

I don’t mean to high jack this thread, but last summer we took our 1 1/2 year all lab in for training to be a therapy dog so she could be certified to go into nursing homes, this fall a school contacted us and asked if my wife would be interested in bring her in and have kids that struggle with reading read to our dog, it was a huge success!!! she now being expanded to a couple more grades. on a side note, the school has a kid going through some trauma with his parents going through a nasty divorce. ( bad enough where they have had the cops come to the school) he has really bonded with our dog, hopefully she can help him get through this.

I’m really beginning to think it’s something in the food that we’re feeding these kids, or just poor parenting that make them go off the rails, most of us grew up with guns and never thought once about shooting anyone,

“I’m going to go on a spiritual walk……..in Syria” roll
    What a bonehead!
Why did we go get him and why does the media spot light it?

in todays world national security is less important then men’s right to compete in women’s sports.

Jared Goff is not going to retire anytime soon. He’s 30.

Also, they won the division last year, and 2 playoff games.

Their current “run” began the second half of 2022 when they finished the season 9-8 after starting 1-6. In week 18 of that season, they played at Green Bay and seemingly had nothing to play for other than to keep the Packers out of the playoffs. They prevailed at Lambeau, earning a 20-16 victory.

you are right.as long as Green Bay has a poor and injury prone DB’s they won’t amount to anything.

as a packer fan I’m disappointed with the loss, But on the other hand I’m thinking good for the Lions, they have been the doormat for our division for so long they deserve a winning season. I’m not sure what would happen to them if they’re QB goes down or retires, I don’t follow them enough to know who, or what quality they have as the #2.

KOC is for sure a top 3 coach in the league. One guy who is over rated is McVay, no way I want that guy coaching my team. He almost quit last year to be a TV analyst. I think he knew his sb victory was a one and done.

that’s still one more than the Vikings have had in 60 years.

we’re getting totally embarrass ,young team, too many mistakes and a little banged up. getting embarrass might be a good thing for this team to learn to play cleaner.

I’ll never forget lefloooor jumping like a little baby on the field and getting flagged for 15 yard unsportsmanlike. Not my definition of a good coach.

and I’ll never forget all the Viking super bowl games…not my definition of a pro football team.

Having AJ in purple makes me “happy, happy, happy” grin
On a scale of 5, he’s a 4, and Mattion who he replaced is a 2. What he adds in leadership, confidence, and team cohesion could elevate AJ to a 5 for the Vikes. His going to the Vikes is a nightmare for Packer nation.

Or he could be like Za’Darius Smith and only good for 1/2 the year, miss AJ in green and gold. but he has taken a pounding over the years.

my thoughts, Love was very poor the first half, he didn’t step into his throws, too worried about his knee, defensive coordinator didn’t dial up any pressures, when you’re down by that many points, what do you have to loose?, Watson and the kicker both can go away, neither are helping the team. Nixson too slow to be a corner, pregame injuries played a part to this loss. too many dumb penalties at critical times, I hate the kick off rule, hate the onside kick rule, all and all the Packers were out played.

we have been on 2 Alaskan cruses and booking a 3rd for next year, both have been great, only disappointing excursion we went on was the bus tour of Denali, we didn’t see much for wildlife on it, this was on the first week in July so maybe later there would be more activity/ we have sailed on Princess Line, Carnival. and Regency, our last cruise to the Caribbean was on Norwegian, they have been the best so far in my opinion,

Why would we consider banning FFS? Is it because you may catch more fish by using it?

If that were the case then why would we not want to ban electric trolling motors? This surely would change how we fish and be less effective overall. Would you desire FFS or your electric trolling?

Exactly ! How many are running spot lock , side imaging , down imaging or just plain 2d ? That tech helps some not all fisherman . Yet there are guys who excel using that tech and can catch the hell out of fish . Just watch Tom Boley . Do we still have game regs ? My god i drive 40 miles to fish a lake that has a 5 crappie bag limit ! Because i use a livescope to catch those fish somehow makes me a “CHEATER ” Yet i could use my Vexilar FL12 (which is real time) and that’s just fine ? Furthermore my last trip out i was using live scope and had 2 crappies on the ice in 4 hours . The guy i was fishing with had no electronics and was using tip downs he had his limit in 3 hours and was throwing them back . Meanwhile im struggling watching them look but not bite. Question for those who want a ban , what electronics are you using ? I don,t own an AR rifle have no desire to own one , millions of them out there ,millions of AR owners that have never committed a crime with one . Yet a push to ban them . Why ? Because some people got them and committed a crime . By pigeon holing all FFS owners as potential violators , game hogs , it’s no different than blaming the AR rifle owners for some nut job shooting a school up . Banning an inanimate object only opens the door to restricting more and more . Who knows next spring hearing just might have a proposal to ban electric trolling motors ?

    this is spot on ^^^^^

I run a 2020 alumacraft voyager tiller. I like the extra room and storage the tiller gives me.
the layout just works for my style of fishing.

It boils down to jealousy, the people who can’t afford one of these units, ( like me grin ) don’t understand how use or read one of these units ,and don’t think anyone else should have one of these units either Just because you have a license doesn’t mean you have to keep everything you catch. I’ve seen it here deer hunting in Wis. Just because the DNR gives you doe permits when you buy a license, doesn’t mean you have to shoot everything that is brown just to fill those tags. it’s just my opinion, but the Wis DNR is very poorly managed. I have gone to these meetings and voiced concerns about different things and to listen to they’re explanations why they do what they do goes beyond belief and common sense. but they’ll listen to any association that’s backed with money.

let’s ban something worth it, how about all the weed killers that’s being dumped into the lake, or wake boats that tear up the vegetation down to the 20′ depth.

I’m not a fan of livescope BUT…..anytime you let a agency to start banning stuff where do they stop, rifle scopes? lake maps? crossbow speeds? sonar in general? they always over reach. maybe the focus should be on better restocking and proper wildlife management.
