Jets 8 corner pizza is incredible. their regular pizza is not very good IMO but their 8 corner is just the best!!!! That ranks up there for me with pizza lola. Ill have to give their BBQ chicken pizza a try sometime.

Yup forgot to specify the 8 corner for Jets. Only crust option we ever order. Well worth the price

Unpopular opinion: House of Pizza is not good pizza. There, I said it…
Jet’s is hands down the best Cloud has to offer. BBQ chicken is amazing. Their bread sides are fantastic as well

It’s ok to be wrong! rotflol HOP is over priced, but it is good. Have you had Marnanteli’s in Sartell? They are the best in Cloud area by far imo.

What do you like about HoP? Absolutely nothing about it stands out for me. Been a while since last visit to marnies in sartell, but never had a complaint before. I worked at the CS location for few years many moons ago. New owners 3-4 months ago, same guy that used to own Waldos downtown

I recently bought the one that pike posted pic of, along with the orange one that frabill makes. Love them both. Zero issues so far

Loved it. Mike still has some crazy power. Army vet Blake McKernan was impressive against Badou Jack. Dude showed some serious toughness taking those punches

I sell beer for a living. The last 2 months my invoices have shown almost as many cases in the out of stock column as cases delivered.. high life light, Corona, Modelo, Leinie original, redds, mikes, smirnoffs, coors light 12 cans, Miller lite 12 cans, and now a few different sodas such as squirt are all a crap shoot. Big part of the problem started when bars closed. Lord knows how many thousands of gallons of beer that was set to be put in kegs got put into cans instead. So March, April, and May I didn’t have any issues. Now they are back to making kegs but not as many, while the people making aluminum cans are playing catch up.
As far as the Busch light apple goes, central MN most likely won’t see it again anytime soon, possibly never again. Can’t speak for the metro area distributors and retailers though.
Lots of Oktoberfest beers now available though…

Stopped and picked up a dozen this morning. Stuff is fantastic. Really nice folks also. Current batch is getting low. If you don’t see signs on the road they are out of stock for now but more coming soon. Thanks thump

“When I grow up I want to be,
One of the harvesters of the sea.
I think before my days are done,
I want to be a fisherman.”

If you know this without Googling it you have good hearing!

“On a weekend I wanna wish it all away, yeah
And they called and I said that I’ll go
And I said that I’ll call out again
And the reason I ought ta leave her calm, I know
I said, “I don’t know whether I’m the boxer or the bag”

    Yellow Ledbetter – Pearl Jam
For a good laugh, YouTube search that song with “misheard lyrics” at the end. Hilarious

Thankfully not all people are pigs.. spent Father’s Day weekend up at the Leech Lake Dam rec area and was very impressed with cleanliness. Few random peanut shells at my site but nothing to get upset about. Checked some of the neighboring sites when people left and they were in good shape.

Did a bachelor party launch from there 5+ years ago and we hammered fish. As stated before, I wouldn’t mess around with bringing your own rods. Cooler, beer, depth finder, that’s it.

Thanks for the responses. Going to give it a try. Now for the really hard question….any internet providers on the lake?

Got a buddy that lives on East lake, and he has Arvig. Otherwise call Midco in Cold Spring

I’m a few blocks away from the chain on the CS side, and have never seen/heard anyone target them. Same as previous poster the guys that have caught them were accidental while targeting pike or walleye. As I recall the fish they stocked were no longer than 30 inches but could be wrong on that

Was next in line at the access yesterday getting a little impatient. Skinny little 5 foot nothing blonde hops in a 1 ton pickup and flawlessly backs trailer and loads up a beautiful 17-18 foot fishing boat by herself while her male companion was putting stuff away in the boat. Wanted to shake that guys hand and find out if she has a sister

Limiting it to the last two seasons horribly skews this because of 2018’s 28 games and whopping 94 plate appearances, but over that period he still gave you a cumulative 2.4 WAR, saved you tons of runs on defense, and made a total of $2,046,210. That’s the definition of value.
    [/quote]

Sure, he’s cheap on the books right now. Yes he’s a game changer in the outfield. Bottom line is we need a #1 pitcher. If the right offer presents itself I hope we take it.

Those of you that continue to promote getting rid of Buxton don’t pay attention to the details. First, he’s one of the best value players in baseball. His WAR is something above 3 and they pay him less than $2m. They also have him locked up for another couple years on a very favorable contract.

The Twins winning percentage with him in the lineup is substantially higher than without. He effects the game and how other teams gameplan for the Twins. His improvement in 2019 shows he can be a core contributor to this team for years.

How much value are we really getting from a guy that has been on the field only 115 games over the last 2 seasons?

Wish we would have dumped Buxton in a trade for a pitcher when the opportunity was there. Teams wanted him but the Twins refused to deal him away. Yes he’s an amazing outfielder. Also a mediocre hitter, and can’t stay healthy. Now we’ll be lucky to get a bag of baseballs in trade

We are new to Richmond area just west of St Cloud and am trying to aim the OTA to get the most channels I can get for the area which is E or SE. All I get are the 6 41 and 42 channels. Only one of them is a twin cities channel. Does anyone know how I can get more (like 11? 4? 9?) channels up here? The new HUGE antenna I bought isn’t doing any better than the little one on our motorhome. Plus the huge antenna is above the trees and the little one is below trees and in a valley. I thought about an amplifier but have used them before with little success we may end up going by way of internet but would rather do OTA in case weather causes internet to go out.

My 6 gallon frabill bucket got nasty recently.. dumped in gallon of vinegar and then a box of baking soda, let that sit for 20 minutes. Rinsed out then filled halfway with water and added 4 seltzer tablets letting that soak another 20 minutes. Worked pretty well

I am an avid bowler. Thursday night league. No other bowlers on this site?

I bowl 2-3 times per week from labor day to mid April… plus a good handful of weekend tournaments.
