Take a few adventure trip around the fairgrounds, and you’ll be golden, many good shore area to fish. Mornings are your best bet. I use to fish a ton there. Here my tip.. traintracks and find rocky shore lines. GL.

Actually it is the midsection right behind the mounting bracket. I think it is the exhaust housing. Right under the Powerhead connect to the midsection. is where it gets really hot. Now is this normal?

I don’t mind sharing a spot that I had enough of it to myself for the past few years..Just helping out other fellow fisherman. I’ve been in that sheo where I’ve need a good fishing spot to home just to get away from the family and relax for a few hours…And NO the ankoa dam is not hitting anything good. The Anoka dam is too shallow. Another tip for the train track is too fish parallel to the concrete post, pulling your rig super slowly upstream and wait for the tap tap..Thanks..PM me if anyone wants more detail.

just got back from walking the dog at CR Dam…The gates on the BP side was wide open, and the Cr side seems close for construction. Water level are super low at this time of the year. I’ll give you hint on some where close to CR Dam to get some eye….On the rum river park at the Anoka fairgrounds, then walk backup to the train tracks. Then walk down the step slop (Caution, can be dangerous,) and cast right along the concrete post holding the train tracks….hope this help..one of my fall honey holes around Brooklyn park…good luck.

it’s my first boat, and they guy i got it from had it for 12 years and never service it, not even once, so i just want to get a tune up on the motor for taking it out on the miss. So i’m think about a compression test and a new pump n oil change.
