It’s the best weekend of the year to grab a lawn chair and a 12 pk and head to the local boat launch. Keep the camera ready. Just remember to try and be understanding and patient…..

Not sure how many of you guy’s get over to Algoma, Wi, fishing salmon, but everyone owes it to them selves, to visit Algoma Hardware. That place is something else. If you’ve been there you know what I mean. Anyone know if they ever found the lizard that got loose???

Might want to check out these made by Cisco Fishing Systems

I got a pair last fall for my 1700 Explorer and Walker downriggers. They work great, are very solid and easy to install and remove. They also make both angled and straight depending and which track system you have on the 1825. I think they also have diffrent mounting plates depending on which brand of downrigger you have.

I was just curious to see if anyone had this setup, and what they were running for speed/prop/ etc.

I have had it on my 2005 Lund (and Truck) from day one, and it works just as advertised, and is very easy to install. The owner, Jim Payne, was great to work with and answered all my questions. I’m actually still on my orignal starting battery from ’05 and just replaced the 2 TM batteries last fall. I believe that the Stay-n-charge, has helped extend the battery life. I can use the TM all day and haven’t run out of battery juice yet.
